Have you ever gotten something that you loved so much you were excited to write the review?That’s how I feel about these shampoo and conditioner bars. And I have to tell you my story.I’ve been “shampoo homeless” for months now. I am hyper vigilant about the products I use, especially for my hair.In my 20s I spent way too much money dedicated to only using “product” because I wanted long healthy hair. It NEVER grew past my shoulders. I didn’t blame the product, I blamed my genetics.Fast forward to my 40s my hair was dry, brittle, frizzy, and refused to grow.I magically encountered an all natural shampoo and conditioner (Crisan). Within a short time my hair grew soooo long I couldn’t keep up with it! I never had such long hair! But sadly, the quality of the product over the years of buying it declined and the health of my hair along with it. The product went from being thick and smelling amazing to watery and smelling like chemicals and leaving my hair in worse and worse condition.I resolved myself to find a replacement and have purchased a few natural shampoo conditioner sets - only to be disappointed.Finally after doing tons of research I decided to give these a try. I got the sandalwood fragrance.It is a bit weird to rub a bar on your head and hair when you’re not used to it, but I was surprised at how well it lathered and such a soft foamy lather too. It takes a bit more time I think but probably will go faster as I get used to them more.I actually felt like it was able to work into my long hair easier than liquid shampoo - which I didn’t expect.The conditioner bar was really nice too! And it rinsed out well leaving my hair smooth and silky.But my real delight was after my hair dried!It was soft! Not frizzy and dry at all! It just “feels” happy and it looks better than it has in a very long time.I’ve only used them once and I’m in love. I feel like my hair is actually clean and nurtured.As for the scent, it’s very subtle but incredibly pleasing to my preference. Just a bonus.Highly recommend!

Love this product line!!! My hair is super fine and colorful as my hair stylist is a friend and likes to experiment on me... this product had her asking me what I was using because my hair was less damaged. Worth every dime. Note: The shampoo doesn't take a lot to get your hair clean and you should concentrate on scalp when rubbing in. The conditioner won't feel like you are doing anything, but massage it in from about 3 inches away from scalp to ends... I used a large tooth comb to work out all my tangles, which further works the conditioner into the hair...then let it sit for a few minutes while you wash or shave. You will feel it when rinsing out...and it's better if you rinse with cold water. Enjoy!

I received my order on time yesterday , in good working condition. Last night before bed I used them both while showering. My mind is blown. My hair hasn’t felt this healthy in YEARS! In one use- it’s soft, shiny,light and bouncy, smooth, I woke up with ZERO tangles!!My natural texture is thick + wavey. I color my hair nice a moth to cover up greys and I also want to mention I do not use any straighten products or hairspray gels. I let my hair air dry. Just to give you an idea.You will not regret it. A little goes a long LONNNNGGG way to! Girl just do it 😌

There are many reviews out there that just praise but dont break down the parts or give enough details.So here goes: overall I like how it leaves my hair soft.1. It lathers well, but it takes at least 2 washes to get my scalp feel clean. I always did 2 washes with regular shampoo as well. I tried this shampoo bar for 1 wash but it left my hair weird and a bit greasy.2. The conditioner doesnt really rinse off, it leaves a residue you can feel, like a film. It also increases the wetness of the hair. Drying time is twice as long. Maybe this is how it locks more moisture in the hair, but I notice my hair is wet for much longer.3. Their promise of 50-70 washes with one bar is highly exaggerated. I am maybe at 20-25 washes and my shampoo bar is almost gone. I do have longer hair but very thin so its not a lot of hair. I dont leave it sitting in water either.4. The conditioner bar lasts a bit longer. But on their commercial and Facebook ads the size of the conditioner is highly exaggerated, ita visually twice as big on the pictures. Its much thinner in real life.5. It annoys me so much that Facebook ads constantly say: "these $12 dollar bars". There are none! In their site you can get them for $16 dollars a bar and on Amazon its $19 a bar! And from their site you also pay for shipping. They are false advertising! Not once have I seen a $12 dollar bar!6. They say price is justified as its like 3 bottles of $5 shampoo. It doesnt last like 3 shampoos. I could wash a whole year with 3 bottles of shampoo! I usually buy shampoo and conditioner for $10-12 dollars both, I get a huge bottle and it lats me at least half a year. So its not cheaper nor does it last longer.7. I do like their scents, they smell great while washing. They lather great. They do leave hair natural and soft but not too bland as some natural products dont favor the hair at all, these dont kill the volume or make you look too bland, if you know what I mean. I also like that they minimize waiste - no bottles.8. Conclusion. Hair is different but if it works for your hair and you are willing to up the cost of your shampoo and conditioner - significantly for a more natural approach and hair care, go for it! It does have perks and smells great. But its not the same cost as buying regular shampoo, price wise! Its much more expensive and it doesnt last as long when you need 2 lathers to feel clean.I do wish they would keep their promise of $12 dollar bars or offer actual discounts to make it more affordable and stay true to their advertising in Amazon and on their site, both!
