Ths item was order December 30 and delivery on January 3. I received this item wet damage. Because of this item being wet it will not stick to the skin. This item was damaged wear it was packed, because this was the only item in the box wet. Not sure why this item can't be return.

I love the packaging, there is 60 patches that is enough for 60 days. I love the texture of the patches and it is very easy to use them. After couple days of using them I could notice some improvements in my energy. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

The iron patch was extremely easy to apply and comfortable to wear. There was no skin irritation and no side effects from it. There were also no issues with it staying on and it was easy to take off.One thing I have noticed is an opportunity around instructions, specifically what time of day should someone wear the patch. Without doing an internet search, I would not know if wearing it is best to do at night or during the day.Aside from that, I have no issues with this product and look forward to continuing its use with the hope of feeling its effects!

Not sure how much iron I’m actually absorbing but the patches themselves are crap. They don’t adhere to skin well at all. I even shaved my super light lady hair on my shoulder and they still fall off after an hour or so.

didnt help with Iron level

I have a stomach condition that keeps me from absorbing nutrients in food so I need to supplement many of them. I bought these because iron supplements irritate my stomach and I hoped these would give me the iron and skip the stomach irritation I switched over and wore them as instructed. Within a few days I started feeling weak, heart racing, cold and nausea ( typical low iron symptoms. I went back to my pill and started feeling better about 8 hours later. Maybe doubling up on them would help but I’ll stick to pills.
