Lässt sich wunderbar im Bambu H2S drucken. Vorher anständig getrocknet, im Slicer einfach 'Generic TPU' gewählt und ab dafür. Absolut glatter, gleichmäßiger Druck sogar auf der textured PEI platte.Das hatte ich mit viel komplizierter vorgestellt.Ganz toll (noch toller wäre es nur, wenn es das noch in anderen Farben als Schwarz und Transparent gäbe)!

C'est un excellent choix pour quiconque cherche un matériau à la fois souple et résistant.Qualité d'impression et CompatibilitéLe niveau de flexibilité (dureté 85A) est parfait pour des pièces nécessitant une bonne élasticité sans être trop "mou" à l'impression.J'ai obtenu de très bons résultats en l'utilisant sur mon imprimante Creality K1 Max. Il s'imprime étonnamment bien, même à une vitesse de 30 mm/s pour le remplissage, avec une adhérence entre les couches remarquable et des impressions propres et fiables. C'est un excellent point pour un filament flexible !Conseil d'utilisation : L'importance du séchageUn point crucial à noter pour réussir vos impressions : ce TPU, comme beaucoup de flexibles, est très sensible à l'humidité.Il est impératif de s'assurer que le filament est parfaitement sec avant et pendant l'utilisation. J'ai dû le passer au sèche-filament pour obtenir des performances optimales. Si le filament n'est pas sec, vous risquez d'avoir des bulles, des défauts de surface et une mauvaise extrusion. Une fois sec, il s'imprime à merveille.VerdictC'est un TPU que je recommande vivement, en particulier aux utilisateurs d'imprimantes rapides comme la K1 Max, à condition de faire très attention à son séchage. La qualité Siraya Tech est au rendez-vous. C'est un excellent rapport qualité-prix pour des pièces techniques ou des prototypes souples !

This filament printed much easier than I expected. The web site gave very good guidance for the print settings and the first parts were perfect.

"# Siraya Tech Flex TPUフィラメント レビュー3Dプリンターで柔軟性が必要な部品を自作したいと考え、複数のTPU製品を検討した結果こちらを選択しました。NinjaTek Cheetahと迷いましたが、ISO 10993認証と高流量対応という仕様に魅力を感じました。実際に2ヶ月間毎日のように使用して驚いたのは、85Aショアという硬度の割に非常にしなやかで、クッション性に優れている点です。靴のインソール代わりになる保護具を複数製作しましたが、素足で触った時の肌触りが良く、繰り返し曲げても劣化が見られません。印刷時の安定性も良好で、詰まりのトラブルがほぼありませんでした。アルミバッグの密閉性も実感でき、開封から2ヶ月経った今も吸湿の心配がありません。ただし、印刷速度は通常のPLAより落とす必要があり、私の環境では40mm/s程度が限界でした。急ぎの案件には向きません。柔軟性と耐久性の両立が必須な日用品や保護具の自作を考えている方に、強くおすすめできる製品です。一方、速度重視や複雑な細部表現が必要な用途には不向きかもしれません。"

This 85a TPU isn’t easy to print but I’m doing it very well now on a ender 3v2 with direct drive and a stock hotend. I haven’t tried printing the filament when it’s wet but I would definitely recommend a dryer even for PLA it makes a huge difference so I am sure it is helping with TPU. When I first opened this it arrived with 9% humidity which is brilliant. It is very well packaged but does not include a silica gel packet. So for printing first I really really struggled with the fillament clogging really badly so I took the hotend apart and replaced the Bowden tube from the direct drive extruder going into the hotend and resolved the 0.4mm nozzle. And it started putting well. I am still calibrating this but I am currently printing with 215 degrees Celsius. With a flow rate of 1.28. And I am still calibrating retraction but 30mm speed for retraction and destruction is working well and maybe roughly 0.5-3mm maybe will work well. I am printing on a glass bed and the fillament sticks very well to it. Just take your time with the z offset and you will be fine. Also if you are struggling put the filament directly above your printer to avoid any extra resistance when pulling in filament which can help to mitigate print issues. I wouldn’t recommend this filament for a Bowden tube system however 95a might be more compatible and work better. The fillament is very very flexible and a huge difference compared to 95a fillament it is great for rubber non slip feet. The printed parts are very very durable and strong. This is a great price for 85a tpu and I can very very highly reccomend this brand I will buy from this company again 100%. Thank you. Also if you are struggling with clogging try a 0.6mm nozzle and you can try using higher temperatures and no retraction. This will decrease the pressure in the hotend and can help to achieve a clog free print. You will probably spend a while calibrating your printer settings but this is worth it!
