I truly set this up and didnโt do anything.
I saw all the bad reviews but I thought Iโll give it a try anyway and I am glad I did. Itโs harvest day. I only wish I purchased 2 of these towers. I planted all this stuff and just let them do their thing. Where Iโm using the tower I took off 2 levels. My tower is only 5 of the levels. No pump issues, it reaches all the way to the top. Iโve grown 25 plants Iโd say thatโs a good value and the perfect size for my space. It was super easy to put together. The only negative aspect of this tower is where I planted, itโs hard for me to turn it to see the plants in the back so these plants where pretty much just left to grow on their own I just refilled to reservoir when it was low. I did put tomatoes and cucumbers in here while they were small they are super huge now. I donโt think Iโll let them mature here. Thatโs only because I donโt. Think I can easily access them to pollinate them. Iโll try a parthenocarpic variety next to see if that will work. Please bring these tower back to Amazon. I love mine.

Pretty good but....
Ok first of all I would say this a pretty good system. Now as for a beginner you will need to do some research. The instructions are not good. I would give instructions a 1 out 5. The timer was not easy to set up but I figured it out eventually, just opted for a continuous cycle like a different system I have because I didn't want to mess with all the setting which are not clear and very confusing. I have 3 other systems than this one and I need to figure out the nutrients for this system in particular. My aerogardens and rainpoint are so easy, this one is taking way more thought and set up, which is why I will say this is not beginner friendly in comparison to other brands. However this still is way more affordable and if you are willing to put some thought into it then this one is great. It's size is a small foot print which is awesome because space is an honest problem in my house since I have over 100 house plants. It does not have a light system you'll need to figure that out. Not sure about the seedlings tray I personally have better seed starting trays but I think this one would work fine. The pump is currently in test phase for me and it's been going off every half hour for 3min. Putting the tower together is intuitive and you don't need to drill anything like one commenter said, the power cable fits in the black spacer use the spacer to lock your power cable in place (picture provided). Also make sure that pump is suction cupped to the bottom properly. I didn't attach the top part of tubing until the pump was in place and threaded through. It's unwieldy to put together but honestly once it's together you are done. Fair warning timer instructions are so annoying you'll be frustrated quick so take your time at this point and don't rush it it does work but you'll need to be patient. You will need to research, the system does not offer much assistance with starting hydroponics itself. Also their is a water fountain noise, you will need to be thoughtful where you want the system the pump is pretty much silent but the water dripping down is not :) Pros: affordable, functional, and space saver. Cons: missing key components to start(seeds, nutrients, lights), instructions are horrible but I tried to read them for 3min then tossed them to the side like I do with most instructions. Timer is very annoying. Research needed. Water noise?

Decent but with some flaws
Decent height and overall capacity. I have a similar grow tower that came with some PVC "cage" that housed some grow lights. It would be good if this came with some! The next thing is the pump. It does it's job but the power does not exactly fit the hole provided so you have a possible short waiting to happen since the plug does not have any provisions to be water tight. I plan to drill it wider and then put something at its base so it doesn't drop in. Functional but not a good design.

Hopes dashed
I found out that Aerogarden is going out of business and hoped I'd found something that I could use instead. Sadly, this is not at all what I'd hoped. It appeared to be a good value, but not when I can't work out how it works. I managed to put the frame together but have no idea from the instructions what to do from here. I actually contacted them to find out what I could with no results. Sadly, this is just not going to be my next hydroponic garden.

Terrible
So, it is definitely not 37.5 inches tall. The instructions are terrible, the pump is extremely loud, connecting the pump and what not is a hit or miss, install is a hit or miss, definitely not what I thought I was getting. Amazon should not carry this brand and probably should refund anyone who got this.

You get a fair product. As described. Good price in the market.
Product came well packaged and with instructions to assemble. All items came as offered. Easy to assemble and operate. The pump cable has a connector head that is bigger than the hole it is supposed to go through, you'll have to push it hard so it sticks there without falling back to the water reservoir. The water make notorious noise while the system is operating, If you like the sound of rain falling then you can have a nice sleep time with this.

Quality Grow System
This complete hydroponic kit is an excellent choice for anyone interested in home hydro gardening. It includes everything you need to get started, such as pumps, starter rockwool for seeds, and all necessary components for successful growth. I recently started some lettuce seeds, and so far, the results have been very promising. The assembly process is quick and straightforward, thanks to the well-designed components and clear instructions. The kit is made from thick, high-quality plastic, ensuring durability and long-term use. The tower is of a manageable height, making it easy to place in various indoor settings while still providing ample space to grow a variety of lettuces, herbs, and other plants. One of the standout features of this kit is its comprehensive nature. It truly includes everything you need to dive into hydroponic gardening, making it an ideal choice for beginners. The inclusion of starter rockwool for seeds is particularly helpful, as it simplifies the initial planting process. For those looking to break into the home hydro gardening hobby market, this product is a fantastic starting point. Its ease of use, quality construction, and complete set of components make it a valuable investment. As a veteran grower, I can confidently recommend this kit to everyone, whether youโre just starting out or looking to expand your existing setup. Overall, this hydroponic kit offers great value for money and is a reliable choice for anyone interested in growing their own fresh produce at home. Its thoughtful design and comprehensive nature make it a standout option in the market. **Update October 26, 2024: I wanted to update this review to highlight an important detail I initially overlooked: this kit does not include nutrients for growing your plants, which is a significant missing component for a "complete kit," as I previously stated. For new growers who may not have nutrients on hand, I highly recommend using Fox Farms or other reputable Amazon brands. These typically offer different formulations for the vegetative and blooming stages, depending on your plants' needs. To get the system up and running, I used some leftover nutrients I already had. I've also updated my video to show the pump in action within the tower. While the pump is a bit noisy, it creates a soothing sound reminiscent of a pond or waterfall. Personally, I find the water sounds more prominent and enjoyable than the actual pump noise. It's also worth mentioning that there are both organic, plant-based nutrients and synthetic chemical nutrients available, so you can choose the type that best suits your growing needs. I used all-organic nutrients combined with filtered tap water for my setup, and it worked well for me. Depending on your preferences and goals, one type of nutrient solution may be more suitable than the other. For plants I eat, I only treat them with organic products. For plants I don't eat, I use whatever is cheapest and most effective, even if it has synthetic chemicals. Roses are a good example of a plant I use chemical fertilizers instead of organic solutions. Conversely, spinach and lettuce only get organic fertilizers and nutrients. I still find the price point to be very affordable and competitive for a kit that includes almost everything needed to get started, except for seeds and nutrients. Additionally, it's important to note that a pH meter is not included, but it's a worthwhile investment to ensure your plants receive the proper pH levels in their water and nutrient solutions. This will help promote healthy growth and maximize the success of your garden. It's also worth mentioning that a thermometer and hygrometer are valuable additions for monitoring the temperature and relative humidity of your grow environment, as these factors play a crucial role in plant health. While the kit does not include these items, having them on hand will help you create an optimal growing setup and address any environmental adjustments needed for the best results. In my updated video, the seed starting tray isn't shown because it's currently set up in a different room under a sprouting light. Once my peppers, field greens, mint, and spinach begin sprouting from the rockwool cubes, I'll share another update featuring the tower with the growing plants. Stay tuned! Happy Growing Everyone!
