I got these for when I am in a skirt or dress. Very comfy. I have not noticed any binding and stays in place. They are not very thick so it is not a control top but does hold it is some.

These are great for under a work dress for comfort or to give more coverage under a thin dress. Very light compression.

Bought these to wear with my dresses to keep my thighs from chafing. They fit well and I was really hopeful, but by the end of the day (about 8 hours later) they would ride up on my thighs and I was constantly having to pull the leg back down where it was supposed to go. Very disappointed.

Nice length. Material is ruff and uncomfortable for all day wear.

I wish the elastic waist band was thicker and higher but besides that, I love them! I desperately needed shorts for under my dresses and these are great. I have a curse that whenever I wear dresses, the wind blows them straight up and then there I am with my ass on display in the grocery store parking lot!
