Slows Down Terribly Within a Year - Not Worth It
Bought this Skullsaints Ruby Mini PC last year thinking it would be a reliable compact option for my home setup. As someone with a tech background, I was initially impressed by the specs for the price. But over time, the performance has dropped drastically.Even with minimal software and clean usage, the system has become painfully slow. I've done all the usual checks- clean installs, updates, hardware diagnostics, but nothing helps. This isn't a software issue. It's clearly due to cheap, low quality components that can’t hold up over time.Disappointed with this purchase. Expected at least a couple of years of smooth usage but it’s already crawling. Not recommended at all if you're looking for long-term value.

THIS IS GOOD BUT....
This product is awesome but this is also an issue that is heating issue. But performance is very good. Quality is very good. And also speed is too much impressive. This is also come with a very nice build quality. In this short box a quad performance cpu is settled. Too compact and too nice. But also I told to that company, to solve the heating issue for by using a big fan. Overall very good product 😃.

Just received the product my one day use review is good but company should provide atleast basic Office software so that we can work on word,Excel,power point etcWindows 11 provided this is really so niceOver all I am happy with this product in this price tagRs17999/-16gb Ram and 512gb SSD so nice🥰

Good performance Mini PC.
Excellent performance. Does the daily tasks effortlessly. As I am not hard-core gamers or programmer I don't feel any lag. Opens everything quickly without any lag. Booting is very quick. I mainly use this for my trading work and opens every app related to quickly.One drawback I found was the USB port is little bit tight. The other issue was the Mini pc was shutting down abruptly without any warning. I mailed them about the issue and told the me that the issue is with the adapter and they replaced me with a upgraded adapter (at free of cost).Excellent service and quick response from Electroniks India (till now).(This is a 2 month review.Bought on March 8th 2023.)
