Most of the time, I rub it on and within a minute, I can feel a soothing warmness, which reduces the pain enough for me to go to sleep.The active ingredient is capsaicin, but it is in a very minute quantity, so if you've had a horrible experience with the product Capzasin, try to have courage and don't let it keep you from trying this product.ADD: 01/29/2018 - I'm still using this when my foot pain won't let me sleep. It has been a helpful product.

My experience with the seller was great.The product works as described and REALLY relieved my neck and back pain. Awesome relief. I was so excited! The relief of this product offered gave me relief immediately and rivaled narcotics I have used for my pain. Try it.I have a medical history including gastric bypass and stomach ulcers. Topical products like this do enter the body and after much use and much relief started to feel uncomfortable in my stomach.In my non-medical, personal option use and enjoy this product with a caveat to those with gastric issues.

Originally rated low because was not impressed first time using this product, but may have not used enough. After increasing amount used the next couple times, the product does generate adequate heat. Does not smell and is easier to use than the Wellpatch capsaicin pads.
