These are great and UNIQUE acrylic paints. I have used almost all professional artist acrylic paints. Aside from having excellent standard properties desired by artists: saturated, mixable, and easily blended, these are unique because: 1) Fabulous semi-matte finish after drying. It has sufficient tooth that you can draw over the dried paint with colored pencils, etc. easily. 2) They have a longer drying time than most I have tried. So they stay wet on palette and brushes longer. Makes clean-up easier and you have more working time on the canvas. 3) They have a more fluid working consistency - between heavy bodied and fluid acrylics. However, they hold their shape on canvas fairly well. Only problems are easily dealt with: 1) Some oranges and yellows may not be sufficiently lightfast (but most, perhaps all, student grade paints are this way). (Depends on how long you want your paintings to last.) However, I just use 3-4 tubes of artist grade acrylics in those colors (my favorite are Golden brand). 2) They have pretty strong value changes when drying. This the same with nearly all brands of acrylic paints. Just plan on the paints becoming darker and more saturated when they dry. All together, I am so glad I tried them. I am buying more and will continue to use them, might even become my primary paints!

Ok, I wasn't expecting much. I was expecting craft and student grade paint. Well, color me a fan. These are WONDERFUL paints. Affordable, lovely coverage. Paint adheres to a variety of surfaces. Vibrant colors, thins down nice. Love them! Will buy again. I am an artist for a living and these impressed me!

Very great quality acrylic paint. I will providing pictures of my painting when I'm done. I will be ordering more paint from this seller in the future, especially when I start with oil paintings again. The paint is easy to spread over my canvases. The drying time is perfect, The color selection is what I've been wanting to have for different landscaping pictures. The versatility is nice when it comes to painting with other mediums. This product is great for all levels of artists.

This is my first set of acrylic paints after completing a few PBN kits. It is student grade with bright colors (22 standard colors & 2 metalics). Most of the colors are semi-transparent as tested with painting each color over a Sharpie line on a canvas panel (see photo for color swatch & opacity test). Lamp Black is the only color that completely covered the line. It’s an affordable set to get a good amount of paint for a reasonable price.

The paints open easily, and are a nice creamy consistency. They mix well, brush on nicely, and are true to color. They wash off well. Safe for me and my grandchildren. I used them for the under painting for an oil painting I am working on. I will buy them again!

I bought this brand because it has good reviews in my worldwide arts group. Not too thin or thick, the colors are very vibrant and abundant. I would not buy another brand, this one is excellent!

I absolutely love these paints! I have multiple different brands some student some artist some craft paints and these I expected for the price per ounce to be a student quality but I would definitely put them with my golden paints and liquitex heavy body paints. First I got the pastels set and can't wait to get a set of all their colors, but I'm in love with the variety of pastels and the fact they are in 1 set is so convenient instead of having to buy individual colors to get pastels. Second the coverage you get from so little paint was great I took 2 pictures 1 showing the dab of paint I put down and the coverage of the swatch and the sat part but great is that i took half the paint off because I didn't need it all and still got amazing coverage. Third which is less important for me but might be a plus for some people, is the box they came in. It was not only beautifully displayed but that is a nice sturdy box I can see someone taking the paints in the box on the go, I don't store my paints in their original boxes but I was still impressed by it. Finally it dried at almost the perfect speed, it didn't dry so fast that you couldn't work with it but it was fast enough I didn't worry about smearing wet paint with my hand. So far I haven't been disappointed with any mont marte supplies I've gotten so I will definitely continue to buy their products 🙂

This is a very good quality acrylic color paint set. The colors are beautiful, and the finish looks fantastic. Definitely recommended!

日本の画材屋で手に入る物よりはだいぶ安めだったので若干不安でしたが、オーストラリアの画材メーカーだったので試しに買いました。 キャンバスに色見本を作りましたが、ベーシックな色名の通りに発色してくれています。 普通に問題なく使えてますので、また買いたいと思います。 品質と容量と値段を考えればコスパは良いと思います。
