2 squirts in the AM each nostril, good all day, occasionally 1 extra in the PM at peak season. Replaced multiple doses of extended release tabs. Better for me than higher dose active ingredient Afrin/Flonase which caused nose bleeds.

I use a CPAP with nose mask to sleep. It works well for me as long as my nose is not plugged up. Every once in a while I have difficulty breathing through my nose (narrow nasal passage). This product works quite effectively to clear my nose and help me breathe freely again. It’s the same as the name brands but at a much better cost. And it’s not addictive and has no lingering aftereffects. Note: It starts working within 10 - 15 minutes.

Good generic nasacort alternative, just like the walmart generic. Wish Amazon or Walmart would offer a astepro generic, i like using flonase, nasacort (those 2 generics) and added astepro to my rotation too. All 3 help keep my allergy symptoms down during outdoor allergy season around me. This one definitely helps.
