Arrived next day my orthopedic doctor prescribed a graphite slate insole for my recovery for breaking my foot $80 this saved me so much money and it works great keeps my shoe from bending and supports my foot also not too thick fits right inside my shoe very comfortable and relieves me of foot pain.

This was a lifesaver for my son when he broke his pinky. It was stable and a good price. This helped my son’s toe heel faster. Fits great in the shoes and didn’t bother him one bit.

I like these a lot and they work amazing with the shoes I use them in. The only issue i have is that they do fatigue my feet when walking. That said they're easy to slip off and I really only use them when mountain biking. For that purpose they're awesome. They give my shoes a nice stuff bottom that the shoes lack on their own. They also help make the not so grippy rubber of the shoe lay flatter on my bike pedals so I get max grip. For the reason I bought them they are awesome! For walking, these are a bit of a pain. 4 stars for me, but you might like or need the stiffer sole.

Came with a spongy full-length insole as depicted. Nice bonus but may not be useful if buyer already has insoles or if their shoes lack room for the ones provided since they were fairly thick at the heel. Probably would be better if bonus insoles were omitted and the seller just lowered the price accordingly. My real problem was the described thickness was false. Measuring with a caliper, these were 1.00mm thick, not the 1.30mm advertised. This resulted in a rather flexible plate that bends over 1 inch when held by the toe in one hand and heel in the other. It's possible there is a problem with manufacturing consistency for this type product, as another brand I ordered had the opposite problem. In any event, I returned for refund due to this. I would also note the design of this brand is a little wider & longer than the other brand. There is no need for these larger dimensions in terms of support or comfort. It is entirely a negative as I see if because the extra size will make it more difficult to place inside a shoe, particularly any shoe that is taller than a low-cut sneaker.

OVERALL: *Work as intended *Each insert is reversible, fits in either left or right *Comes with decent quality cushioned insoles for each foot *Worn 1x week and already getting relief from turf-tow while still staying active (weightlifting, etc) MORE DETAILS: Son has been dealing with turf-toe for months. Ortho recommended these and was honest enough to direct us to Amazon vs. buying them from the ortho office (~$98 for 1 insert-not per pair!). Ortho recommended only wearing 1 insert on the foot with turf-toe. Took a chance that the pair was not cut specifically for left & right foot in this "Pair-Package", so I ordered this product. Also purchased a single unit for the specific foot from a different company, just in case. Both inserts in this product package were cut identically and reversible, so I used 1 for each of my son's athletic shoes. Length was perfect for both pairs of athletic shoes, and fit perfectly under the removable insoles for each pair of sneakers. Nice that they included a decent insole for each shoe if you're worried about messing up the original insole of your shoes. Realized we needed one for his football cleats also, which are the kind with the built-in socks and fit a little 'tighter' on his foot than the regular sneakers (Nike Vapor Pro 1). These did not fit: too long to get down into the socked-top of the cleats. The single unit I purchased (Cozlow ASIN #B0FF5C5V73), which was ~1/4" shorter than these, fit perfectly.

They’re stiff, and reasonably cheap. The problem is that they’re completely flat and take up too much space in the shoe. I found it when I added back in my insole, there was not enough room for my foot in the shoe and a compromise my arch support.

Just got these and very happy with the quality. I am now able to remove the boot and wear normal shoes. Fits great - very accurate sizing description. I measured in CM. Provides necessary foot support and stability. The rubber insoles are bit thick on the back side, but still comfortable. Great value too, considering quality and price.

Super Carboneinlagen geben der Jogging Runde noch mal ein Extraschub habe ich jetzt ausgiebig getestet, aber nicht für jede Alltagssituation geeignet. Wenn man Probleme mit den Gelenken hat. Aber sonst ein super Produkt.

Really help when playing football, fit into my boots well

Super fast delivery. I got a size 9 as it’s my shoe size but if your shoe is tight I’d recommend sizing down as the plate is solid and thankfully my shoe had some give to get it in. I have put my own insert on top. Yet to try as I am still in a moonboot.
