Durability and functionality
Have owned two of these devices for 3+ years and they still function well. Writing this review because I thought the battery went out on one of them and figured I got my money's worth after looking up my purchase records. Plugged in the non functional racquet to the other ones charger and it still worked. Thought it might be the charger itself but both worked. That's when I discovered the multiple use outlet I was using had been pulled out of the receptacle and that's why the racquet didn't work. Recharged it and all is good and didn't need to order another one. I leave them on all night with the LED on during the rainy season and helps immensely with the mosquitos and small gnats. Hopefully they are still manufactured with the same components currently as a few years ago.

During summer, you can't be without one!
I was extremely pleased with this bug zapper since day one. It wasn't until yesterday that it truly proved both it's worth & it's unmatched expertise is dispatching unwanted pests.Because of the heat & humidity from storm Debbie's rains, our main hallway had attracted quite a few large flies. They found an opportunity to enter my apartment when I brought in my groceries. Before I knew it, I had more than 6 flies now trapped inside my place. From starting the clock immediately after I turned this unit on, a sole bug zapper drew in & dispatched 4 flies in under 2 minutes. After 10 minutes elapsed, no more large flies remained.I fully credit the UV feature that surrounds the inner lower portion of this bug zapper, as the UV light seems irresistible to any flying creature. The light draws them in quickly. As this was set up in a central location in my apartment. Without this zapper, I would have been frustrated for days on end with so many flying pests. My only negative comment is the extremely short 3 foot USB cable provided that powers & recharges the unit. You can utilize the zapper on battery or leave it seated in it's base while charging. While on battery at first, it's zapping spree quickly drained the battery, most likely because the flies were so large that they continued to be zapped multiple times, until I emptied the carcass from the zapper. After purchasing, I decided to order longer cords with 1 standard USB-A on one end & a micro USB on the opposite end. These zappers are comparable to a tennis racket in size & are extremely effective. I hope this review helps anyone who is considering purchasing one of these & what you'll need to buy if you're looking for a longer length power cable.

Shockingly Disappointing - imirror Bug Zapper Racket Review
The imirror Bug Zapper Racket is a shocking disappointment that left me swatting at more than just flies. This 2-in-1 Rechargeable Electric Fly Swatter and Mosquito Swatter proved to be more of a nuisance than a helpful bug zapper.Firstly, the claim of being a "bug zapper" is misleading. Instead of zapping bugs effectively, it felt like I was wielding a powerless racket that bugs could easily evade. The electric shock was weak, and the bugs seemed to mock my attempts to zap them away. The "2 in 1" feature should have been a plus, but it turned out to be more of a hassle. The switch between fly and mosquito modes felt clunky and unintuitive, making it a frustrating ordeal during urgent bug encounters. The "Rechargeable" aspect seemed convenient, but the battery life was laughable. It's like the racket needed a constant recharge after every short bug-swatting session. I spent more time charging it than actually using it for its intended purpose. To add to the frustration, the build quality was subpar. The racket felt flimsy and poorly constructed, like it could break with the slightest pressure. I was afraid of using too much force lest I damage the racket itself.Furthermore, the racket's mesh design was inefficient in trapping bugs. It's like bugs had a secret escape route, and they were all too eager to exploit it and evade my swings. In conclusion, the imirror Bug Zapper Racket is a shocking letdown that fails to deliver on its promises. With weak bug-zapping power, clunky switch modes, short battery life, and poor build quality, it's not a product I can recommend. If you're looking for an effective bug zapper, you're better off investing in a more reliable and robust solution. imirror, you've missed the mark with this racket; I hope future iterations can pack a more powerful punch in bug elimination.
