I bought this as a stop-gap until I had time to fit an amplified aerial for a replacement DAB stereo in my car.I didn’t expect too much - reception normally isn’t good where I live and I travel across the UK. I was hoping to get the odd spot of DAB on my travels.I fitted the aerial, mounted on the roof with the magnet. The magnet is strong and held perfectly.I was astonished when I scanned for a DAB station list and a complete list came up at home. I never get many options with other cars.I have just returned home after a 2 day round trip from East Anglia to Scotland. The DAB signal was strong and stable throughout. No notable loss of stations or distortion.A really incredible performance from a cheap aerial. I have decided to stick with it rather than fitting the amplified aerial.

I have an Android head unit from China which I had a dab usb stick attached to. I initially tried to use the window sticker aerial. Trouble was, the reception was not as good as my previous DAB adaptor, giving me only 5 stations.A bit worried I was throwing good money after bad, I took a chance on this. WOW! What a differnce. It now picks up 45 stations on my driveway (we are in a weak DAB area, this is better than the DAB radio in the kitchen!).I tucked the wires into the roof lining so it is completely hidden, whole install took 10 mins and the only tool I used was a butter knife to prise back some awkward trim on the door pillar (and I am confident that I would not have needed that with a bit of elbow grease).My only criticism would be that the magnet is not that powerful (it has so far survived the M4 at 70mph though), but it comes with a 3m sticky pad if you wanted a more permanent attachment.

Reception from this antenna is outstanding!Won't bore you with a story so here's a summary.+ opted for a roof mount as I hear windscrewn antennas are poor.+ Reception is outstanding, better than our 2018 Seat Alhambra, even though its paired with a £20 2nd hand philips 1din stereo from ebay.+ Picks up stations that the Alhambra can't (pleasantly surprised).+ Took 10mins to install even hiding the wire.- Not aesthetically pleasing, but what roof mount is? (I don't care, my car is a bit of a shed).- Magnet on the base could be stronger, I just used the included 3m sticky pad to make sure it stays put.Overall it ticks all the boxes, does what I want even on my cheap little philips stereo, I haven't tried it at motorway speeds but I used the sticky pad so I dont expect it to move anyway. Would be 5 stars if the magnet was stronger.If you want a functional DAB antenna that picks up a multitude of stations you can't go wrong.

Got this to upgrade the terrible window mount antenna which came with a DAB add on for my van. Did not work well with that, but that was the fault of the rubbish little DAB unit. Now it's connected to a Pioneer DAB head unit it works an absolute treat. No issues with the magnet. Remains stuck to the roof at any speed. Remember these need to be direct to the metal of the vehicle body to work properly. So give the area a really good clean before sticking it on.It has a decent run of cable, more than enough if I'm honest, but it's easy to hide.A perfect purchase of you don't want to be drilling holes in your vehicle!

Works sometimes with Dab but quite often loses signal especially when city driving.

Did not work for me, kept loosing signal all the time . Got a cheep amplified one of ebay £16 works fine

Dab annetta on the out side picks up a better signal, wire was long enough to get from boot to front.
