As an Asian, having clear, glowing skin is always a big deal — and we all know Korean products never disappoint, whether it’s skincare or supplements. This BB LAB Glutathione stick is now part of my daily glow-up routine! I love the nutty flavor, and I usually just take it straight to the mouth (like a pro 😄). But heads up — don’t dump the whole stick at once unless you wanna risk choking! I take small amounts at a time and sip a little water to wash it down. Easy, quick, and one stick a day keeps the dull skin away!

Tried this for the first time the other day. First note I notice a significant difference in my skin and hair after taking these for a bit of time which I love. I love how easy these are to take. Don't notice a smell and is okay in price for how easy these are to take and use. Now the downside I do not like the tastes of this one. If you like the taste of peanut butter, then you will love this one. These are bigger than the green ones so you can easily chock if you are not careful - Made the mistake of accidentally taking the whole thing at once and... well.... it was like the cinnamon challenge. (Not a great time!) That said they do work ... granted they take a bit of time, but they work more so than any other brands that I have tried. I get why this brand is so popular and highly recommended. For this one though I will not repurchase solely because as I am not a fan of peanut butter flavor, but I will continue to use the other ones as they have a way better taste.

This product is so easy to take it surprised me! I want to alternate marine and bovine collagen and figured I'd try these. I know people say mixing your collagen into your coffee or whatever makes you not taste it but I can still very much taste and smell my collagen and I'm not a fan, but I down it and it's fine. This one I initially was going to mix with my electrolyte mix but I wanted to give it a true test before so that I could write a proper review... and I ended up jut downing the whole thing on its own! It was actually not bad - it had this pleasantly nutty flavor that I couldn't quite put my finger on but I actually weirdly enjoyed. The powder is also conveniently placed into sachets so you don't have to scoop out anything, just tear and pour (also it was very easy to tear, no scissors required). It also mixed super easily too. I usually use my handheld frother but this mixed just fine with a spoon, another pleasant surprise. I love the ingredients included in this product and how much of it there is per serving. I DO wish the collagen came from cod rather than tilapia (though I like the carp), I don't know how big a deal that is. While I can't speak to the efficacy of it (it's really hard to with supplements), I'm pleased it's something I don't hate taking so I can be consistent with it. At about $1.60 per serving, this is on par with or cheaper than similar products in the market that I've taken so it's also fairly priced.
