This is not meant for comfort. I will be looking for a cushioned seat to put on top of the one it came with. My mom is 87 and has been through cancer treatments three times in that special area.

Installation and setup was quick and easy, EXCEPT for the “feet “ on the bottom of the unit. They didn’t seem to align with anything. So I left them off.

The product was sturdy however it was very uncomfortable. I ended up ordering another seat to go over it. The arms were also restrictive is you are on the wider side like myself.

I bought one for my mom when she had a stroke. She still uses it. I need to find out if the soft part of the seat it replaceable. I also purchased a second one when my husband (who now has passed away 😢 ) had also, it was great for the very limited time he was able to to be placed on it. I personally used it in a time of need and had no problems with it We plan to use it as a camping potty.
