The dongle connects successfully to the laptop network, but no internet traffic flows. The specific error message shown across all tests is consistently "DNS Server is not assigned." ​I attempted several troubleshooting steps, including manually changing my laptop's IP and DNS network settings, but the issue persisted. Crucially, I tested this dongle on five different Windows laptops, and the exact same DNS assignment failure occurred on every single one. This confirms the issue is not with my personal machine but a compatibility or driver problem with the dongle itself when used with standard computers. ​I have replacement done for this item. the new unit exhibits the identical DNS error, hence requesting a full refund. This is good 4G dongle for anyone who is looking for a portable network. The setup is easy and this dongle works with Jio/ Airtel SIM cards. The battery I received is made in India by Clicktech retail and not made in PRC. This raises some doubt on the originality of the product and also on the quality. The lower guard of the battery came off while I was trying to insert the battery in the dongle. As of now it is working and it lasts 4-4.5 hours. I use this as a backup or when I am on the go.
