Notice much less aches and pains in every day life, especially after a workout. I thought perhaps it was repairing my body faster, but it turns out that NR is just great for pain and that it doesn't have the greatest muscle penetration, so it doesn't really improve recovery via enhanced cell function but by affecting certain anti-inflammatory pathways.

Novel approaches for better aging", Aging Med (Milton). 2021 Sep; 4(3): 214–220, various experimental studies found that NMN improved cardiac function whereas NR improved mitochondrial function in muscle, liver, and brown adipose tissue. I'm more interested in mitochondrial function, so I take NR. I can't tell how much of an effect this NR has on me--the effect is subtle, and you shouldn't expect to see it in a sample of 1. I'm giving it 5 stars on the grounds that I can discern nothing wrong with it or with its price.

I've been taking this twice a day for three years. It was recently out of stock - so I tried Rho and NAD brands. Womp womp, back to my old favorite because this one makes me feel amazing. Plus, I can travel with this in a pill tray. Rho - who wants all that sloshy BS in a flight bag?

This is a superb product!! I’ve tried many other competing products from manufacturers promising their NAD+ is superior to all others. I totally disagree! With Aquifoly one begins to feel a difference… I sleep better at night, have more energy during the day, I notice my skin has a glow to it, and I’m more alert during the day. So far, I have no negative comments regarding the product. I’m 77 yrs old. This product DOES WORK!!!!

I seemed to have more energy after a week of taking this . Great price for this too , especially since this product can be so much more expensive. I will buy again
