Does this cushion have the 11 degree tilt to push the pelvis forward and improve sitting posture?

Absolutely not. It has no tilt. Very comfortable and good coccyx relief. However, I bought it based on reviews for sciatica relief. I need an 11 degree or greater tilt so my knees are lower than my hips. This does not provide that sort of relief. I hope this is helpful.

I can only recommend this cushion for sciatica which is the reason I purchased it. I can recommend the cushion though as it is very well made, extremely thick, very very comfortable and will probably relieve the pain a fair bit. I've had mine quite a while now and wouldn't be without it at work. I'd go for it if I were you.
