BELTTT 3000W Pure Sine Wave Inverter 12V DC to 120V AC, 6000W Peak

I’ve been using the BELTTT 3000W Pure Sine Wave Inverter in my semi truck, and it has been a great investment. I use it every day to power my appliances while I’m on the road, including my microwave, coffee maker, laptop, and phone chargers, and it has handled everything without any issues. The pure sine wave output provides clean, stable power, so I don’t have to worry about my electronics. Installation was straightforward, and the included remote controller with the long cable makes it very convenient to turn the inverter on and off from inside the cab. I also like that it has multiple power options with AC outlets, a USB port, and the hardwire connection. The cooling fans keep it running reliably, and it has performed well during long trips. If you’re a truck driver looking for a dependable inverter to power your appliances on the road, I definitely recommend this one. Bought this to replace an older 2KW inverter that was 7 years old. This was an easy install as all of the cabling was already in, only had to pull the remote as it used a different cable. This unit pulls 2.5 amps on startup but as soon as the capacitors are charged it drops back to 1 amp. My 1200 watt microwave pulls 140 amps and works perfectly, as does the Instant or crock pot. Wife likes that she can use her blow dryer and the like without issue. Highly recommend 200+ amp Lithium Batteries or Marine deep cycle at the least, I have 400 amp/hr so no power issues.

Review for belttt 3000W pure sine wave 12V DC inverter: works as described-- true 120V [not 110] output with clean power for most anything you would use a regular wall socket. Sturdy case, decent heavy cables provided [albeit a bit on light side if to pull full 3kW]. Cooling pan pair runs continuously when drawing over 1000W, noise not excessive. Main beef is the placement of the 3 outlets. They are spaced very close so you can only get one construction-sized plug in vs use all 3. Ditto if you need to try to wedge a power brick plug in there. Easy fix is to get a 20A HD power strip and use that, but that's an added expense to consider. I have not use the hard-wire feature so far. So far it clearly works better than old 2kW inverter I was replacing. I measure just under 1Amp of draw with no load while the inverter is on [in standby]. If you have smaller battery, consider turning unit off to save charge.

FOR RV OWNERS: I chose this inverter from the ratings and although I had a rough start, it all ended up great. When it was installed, the tech put a 300amp breaker on. But every time it would trip within 30 seconds of starting the microwave or espresso machine. I started asking around and got varied opinions. Most said I needed to replace this 3KW unit for a 6KW. But my calculations were as follows. Note that I wasnt expecting to run any of the below simultaneously; for instance I wanted to fix a cup of coffee, then toast, followed by a warmed up danish. So the draw at any given time, with a 10% buffer included, would only be half of the capacity of this 3kw inverter. Espresso machine: 1300w Toaster: 1200w Microwave: 1300w. Again, each appliance by itself was half of the rated capacity of this inverter. But again, it tripped the breaker every time. I finally contacted the manufacturer and they told me this unit has overload protection built-in. So I removed the 300amp breaker and now it works great. So if all you want is to fix a cup of coffee OR run the microwave OR fix toast, then this unit it ideal. If you want full AC comfort and all appliances at all times, then you’ll need to do the arithmetic and size your unit accordingly.

Overall the inverter seems to be built well, with one minor concern. The power button is a spring button, and it doesn't feel like it has much tension behind it, making it feel like it won't last very long. But, the 'remove' display can be used to turn the device on and off, and it is not a spring but a switch that feels solid and sturdy. The inverter is pretty compact, I have a 1500w Giandel inverter and they are about the same size (this is a 3000w BELTTT). That means the BELTTT has less thermal mass, and doesn't dissipate heat as well. It's pretty easy to use, just connect it to your battery and you're done. Noise wise, the fans to come on when you put a load on of more than 500w, I don't know the decimal rating, but if I had to guess it's about 55dB, it's not much longer than a box fan. Sitting idle / on standby the device uses about 19-21watts which is pretty good for an inverter of this size (3000w). The little red cap that is supposed to cover the end of the red positive battery will not stay screwed on, and the inside of the plastic threading looks stripped at the start like some kind of manufacturer error. Update: After using the inverter for a about 4 hours with only a 25w fan as the load, the air temperature was approx 87 degrees F, the device was definitely hot to the touch. Not scolding hot, but enough to where it is a reminder to make sure nothing dry and flammable is near the device during prolonged operation.

Fans are a little loud, works great!

It works for my off-grid set up. The voltage reading is not accurate for lipo batteries. Will be replacing soon. Remote display has to much battery drain.
