Hide and attachment kit are horrible
Vacuum is good. The kit to vacuum that comes with it, is cheap and crappy. Hose kinks turning a corner to vacuum and moving from carpet to tile or wood flooring causes it to whistle. Would not recommend hose and attachment kit.

Poor customer support.
Unit was defective when arrived. Very poor customer support. Poor installation manual. They don’t tell you everything about installation.

Had one inlet that was working, this unit solved the problem with the On-Off via their APP. I was also worries that my current hose would not be compatible this new smart system, well it does work! To top it all, it has twice as more suction as my old unit and 10 times more silent!
