great bottles
I have not had any problems with these bottles yet, after about four months of use with my toddler. No breakage, and I do not have silicone sleeves on them and they have been dropped (or thrown) several times each. I really really like the glass bottle, and like being able to heat her milk directly in the microwave without transferring to a different vessel. As an added bonus, my husband accidentally put on a playtex nipple and it fit with no nipple collapse or anything, so if your kid likes playtex drop in or vent aire bottles, you could use these with those nipples (significantly cheaper, and kind of softer nipple) but still have the benefits of a nice glass bottle.

WARNING! Do not purchase a glass bottle from Joovy. . I was using them since my baby girl was one year old but the more milk I put to the glass bottle the less time it was holding. My first glass bottle break one I heat up 8 ounces of milk. So I got to the store and get a brand new glass bottle I have put it in to dishwasher when I take it out after wash it was already crack on the glass !! my three glass bootless that I had all break up plus 2 brand new once that I purchased. I have spent lots of money on them for nothing not to mention that it could break in my baby’s hand as she is drinking her milk by herself! Please be careful and do not handle these glass bottles to you kids!

Love glass bottles but too many pieces.
Used these exclusively with my first baby and about 10wks with my second. These glass bottles were great for me in reducing my use of plastic and the ability to easily reuse, silicone sleeves are cute and comfortable and never broke a bottle. Decided to change bottles because the grey gasket is a pain... if it isn’t on the bottle correctly the bottle will leak and that was especially annoying in the middle of the night and keeping track of the gasket is just another “thing” I didn’t want to deal with... Decent bottles but too many pieces.

Broke!
My baby has been using this bottle for two weeks at daycare and today it was sitting on the counter and a big chunk of the glass cracked and broke, milk went everywhere. Luckily this didn't happen while my baby was actually using it! I have no idea what could have caused this. And it's a shame because otherwise I would have given this bottle five stars. My breastfed little guy is struggling with bottles and this is the only one he would take semi-consistently. Just seems like it's poor quality for it to break so easily in such a short amount of time.

The lids are different from PPSU plastic bottles
Well so far I like the glass bottles but the plastic bottle lids don't fit the glass bottle lids... that makes it challenging for middle of the night feedings. There is a slight difference in the design, the notches on the side of the lid, that's the only way to tell the difference. Ugh, not a happy camper about that factor. The plus side, the venting rings seem to fall into place much easier than in the plastic bottles. Oh, and the glass is stamped MADE IN CHINA. Great (sad face). I'll update in month about the durability.

Exclusively Joovy
I am a huge fan of Joovy bottles. My son had transient tachypnea when he was born. Due to this difficulty breathing, he wasn't able to get a good latch at the breast. After 2 months of using this brand of bottle exclusively, he finally got it! I was able to start nursing him at night and continued using the Joovy Boob during the day. I particularly love the glass bottle because it seems like it cleans better. The bottles can be kind of tricky with the vent ring, but once you get the hang of that you are good to go!

Great Glass Bottle
These bottles are great, I have used them for over six months and we have really enjoyed them. Yes, these take and extra step to ensure the seal is complete but once sealed there are no leaks or issues. I have also been able to switch between the breast and bottle which is no easy feat. I would highly recommend these bottles.

This bottle was extremely disappointing. We thought it was odd that there was a ring that separated from the bottle. Just anot extra piece to lose. I stopped using it when it leaked all over my daughter twice. The first time was a couple drops. The second it was 4 ounces of breastmilk! If the lid is not on precisely right it leaks. I don't have the patience for this nonsense.
