It does the job, simple packaging was a plus
No cutting or ripping apart a plastic sealed container. The item works as advertised, I would recommend to anyone.

Works as intended
USB to 3.5 used as a replacement cord for wireless headphones that charge via 3.5mm jack. Works as intended, cord supplies power to headphones and allows for proper charging. Cord is well made, durable, and will certainly last through teenage abuse.Recommended.

You'll likely need a ground loop isolator to pair with this. Also gets very hot.
If you use this without a ground loop isolator, you're very likely to get lots of popping. With one, sounds great. But regardless, this thing gets VERY hot. Like, I grabbed it and thought "is this thing about to catch fire??" hot and immediately unplugged it.Kept a closer eye on it in future use, and it never got quite THAT hot again, but it's always uncomfortably warm. Is it rated to work at these heat levels? I'm plugging it into a rather expensive monitor, so it kind of worries me.That said, looking it up, it appears somewhat normal for these things to get "pretty hot" (whatever that means) so I've continued using it without any issue. Really wouldn't be opposed to future revisions coming with some sort of passive cooling or at least some info on their standard operating temperature. As it stands I'm not entirely confident in its longevity or safety.

Works great
My new PC does not have a 3.5mm jack for my speakers. This cable enabled me to connect the speakers through a USB port. Haven't had any heat issues others have mentioned in other reviews.

Nice cord
This is a very nice cord. I got it to use for the auxiliary headphone sound in my Prius. It did not work for that, but other things have not hooked up right either because it's an older Prius. So, the cord is great, it just didn't work for what I was trying to use it for. I would still recommend the cord. It seems to be made very well.

Audio pops and USB plug gets hot
I tried using this to connect between a USB port on a KVM switch and my speakers, so whichever computer I am using will connect to the speakers. It worked, in theory, but the audio was choppy and had a popping sound that sounded like digital clipping. I also noticed that the USB connector got noticeably hot. I also tried it plugged directly into my computer and it had the same problems. Both computers were running Windows 10, and I tried several different settings but nothing corrected the problem. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it.
