6.5" White Paper Doilies, 36ct

This is just what I needed for a party. Had difficulty finding in store. Quality & size was good.

These are thin doilies, but they're fine depending on what you're going to use them for. They're pretty with embossed flowers and delicate cutouts around the edges. They didn't work for using under a moist cake though. I used one to turn a pineapple upside down cake onto and it was a soggy doilie mess. Once I realized my mistake, I couldn't get the half disintegrated pieces of doilies off the cake. I won't use them for that again, but they're are nice to use under dry things. When I first took them out of the package I thought there was only four, but they where stuck together in groups of two, eight total. I plan on using the rest of the doilies for under silverware on a platter next time I have some people over.

These doilies are the typical design. They are fine, but I was disappointed they were not as pretty as the ones pictured.

I purchased these doilies to line several serving platters for a party. The decorations on the doilies are cute and intricate; they added to the dainty look I wanted for the party. The patterns on the borders for each size are different but all contain flowers or leaves in the design. The smallest two sizes have the same border patterns. The center of the doilies are opaque circles with tiny squares etched in them, which gives them a nice texture. The doilies did easily separate from each other; and though they are thin, none of them tore when separating. It was convenient to have a variety of sizes and I was able to use each size on the different sized serving platters I had. I was very pleased with the product and would recommend.UPDATE: I've added photos of the different doilies, with the largest size first and the smallest uploaded last. I am into canning and preserving, and when I give glass jars of goodies away, I find putting a little paper doily on top and fastening it with the band is a fast way of decorating it to make it look more like a gift. I had 7 1/2" round ones that are good for taller 1/2 pint jars, but they draped too far down on the smaller, shorter 4 oz. jars, overwhelming it. Also, I can see these used on small appetizer or dessert plates before placing a few cookies on it, a stemmed glass w/fruit or shrimp cocktail, or countless other things. There are 40 of them too, you can't go wrong, you will find a use for these.

Wow. As I mentioned with the same brand of oval shaped doilies, these really are pretty darn amazing. They are thin as a whisker and yet fiercely sturdy. But what really stuck me was the intricate detail. You will not find these wandering in the aisles of your local store (I know because I hunted through the wilds of the Seattle area for several days), but (hurray) Amazon saves the day AGAIN. You will not go wrong with this product or this provider!
