decent little phone, I cant use as im so used to iphones but will be great for someone who is used to Nokia

Phone arrives, box already opened but phone looks untouched. Weird, I purchased brand new, not preowned as new. Whatever, the interior packaging is intact and no sign of prior fingies on it. When turned on, connected, topped up, fully charged, and all the other necessary things you do to ensure a phone is working properly, the handset would not accept incoming calls, would not send outgoing calls. Would not text out at all. Could not or would not receive incoming texts. Sim card checked in a different phone, connects lovely, sends and receives. Back into this handset, shows connected to network but will not do anything that a phone is supposed to do. Inserting headphones and the radio doesn't even work. Cool, dodgy handset, it happens. So, I try to return it and I'm expected to pay tracked return? For a faulty item? Can't deny, I'm a wee bit incensed. 1/10, phone doesn't phone. But, also check another company for a better return policy. Why should you pay to return something that was broken before you got hands on it?

Does better than advertised really. 2 SIMS and space for Memory car, accepting 256GB, though said 32GB. Instructions are very sparce, but sure can be found on Internet. battery life is really good and says when fully charged and to remove power supply. Not my main phone, but a standby and worth it. Has same features as "old phone" but better and smaller than 9110, and cheap. Well done HMD buying Nokia. Smart move. More features than I need, but nothing missing. Buttons, very responsive. It represents all I need and more. 1000/1000 rating from me.

Bought for my husband who hates technology. He says this phone is easy to use although it takes longer to turn on & off than his previous Nokia. Great for people who don't want a smartphone, very reasonable price.

Solid and reliable

An excellent 4g update of an old basic phone. Perfect as an emergency phone that meets the rules for the smartphone ban in schools.

You won't find anything better for this price - That's true. Everything works after a few resets, because at the beginning there was a small problem with the software.. But... Unfortunately, the lack of promised memory lowers my rating. See the photo. This proves it's not a Nokia, and not 48 MB RAM / 128 MB ROM. There is no charger in the box. The positive thing is that it has function of automatic on/off function. Also, it would be better without the Opera browser, junk games, or Bluetooth. Some of games require payment and can't be deleted. So they'll stay with you, cluttering up your phone. After all, that’s the whole point of simple phones is simplicity — no tracking, location monitoring, or data transfer happening behind our backs. 2G and 3G networks will be completely shut down in two or three years, so it’s good to have 4G capability now. Some networks are already transmitting only 4G and 5G signals. It’s worth keeping that in mind.

Nothing like old Nokia phones. It worked for 2 weeks although I couldn't stop the buttons from beeping because I kept it in my pocket, then the screen locked up and I had to remove the battery to switch it off. When I turned it back on the screen was pixelated and none of the buttons worked.

cargamos el teléfono, pusimos la tarjeta.. funcionó un día y... se recalentó y se apago. Y nunca más. Lo hemos devuelto. La devolución rápida y sin incidencias.
