Made a big sound reduction on my shop dust collector!
Very happy with these panels. They come shrink packed but I threw them in the dryer for 5 minutes per the directions and they expanded to full size and thickness. I used in a whisper box (muffler for my woodworking shop dust extractor) and they worked better than I could have hoped for in reducing the noise from 80 to 70 decibles and lowered the sound frequency to a more pleasent level!

They work!
I've tried other acoustic panels in the past, and they've worked fine, but these are the only ones I've heard a noticeable difference with. I mounted these behind my music shelf, and the speakers sound richer than they did before, as well as being quieter in the room next door. They don't have an odor, and are very quick to fully expand, though the instructions still recommend letting them sit for a while. They cut nicely to fit around anything you have wall mounted without being super easy to rip or tear accidentally, and the sticky tabs they come with make them easy to mount, though I'm not sure if they'll take paint off with them.

Waste of Money, Total Garbage.
This is a huge disappointment. It's just foam. It has no solid backing for mounting purposes. I could by 10 times the amount of regular foam for the same price. Not to mention, They did not give me a way to attach these to the wall. It has a sheet of stickers that are supposed to attach to the wall, but they are one sided. I even tried forcing the back side off the sticker, and it destroyed it. The "instructions" literally say, buy double sided tape or spray on glue to attach. No sound proof qualities, Just cheap foam. DO NOT waste your money. They are going back. Absolute garbage.

Easy and quick way to improve your sound.
Good size panels that work well to improve sound quality in office podcast recording studio. Easy to install and also give the room a professional look and feel. Definitely improve the sound in the room.

Ok for the price
They are a pretty good value for the price. The sound absorption is about 25%. The sticky dots they provide are a little hard to use, but they do stick very well. I would be careful adhering them to painted surfaces as it is possible they can tear the paint from walls and doors. The quality seems to be a little on the cheaper side, of course they are a lower price point, so that is to be expected. There was a slight odor when the package was opened that soon dispersed. They are easy to cut and the color is no different than what is displayed. Over all, it is worth the money if you are wanting a small reduction in the sound traveling through walls and doors. I would not recommend this to someone who is looking to soundproof the sound coming from their apartment that has thin walls and doors. For that, I recommend something that is more substantial.

works
works great for sound proofing the room easy ish to install the stuff that comes with it not so great end up using thumb tacks because I didn't want to have to replace drywall in the end when I have to remove them

Practical and Versatile for Custom Projects
I used these 1" foam panels for a specific DIY project: a 3D-printed microphone isolation shield. They worked perfectly for this application. Because they are relatively thin and lightweight, they are very easy to cut and shape to fit inside a custom enclosure. While they may not be thick enough for serious room soundproofing on their own, they are excellent for dampening reflections and isolating sound in a localized setup like a mic shield or small vocal booth. The panels arrived vacuum-packed, so you do need to give them some time to expand to their full thickness before use. Once they reached their intended size, the wedge design did a solid job of catching unwanted echoes. If you are looking for a material that is easy to manipulate for hobbyist or recording projects, these are a very functional and affordable choice. Pros Highly Customizable: The 1-inch thickness makes them incredibly easy to trim with standard scissors or a hobby knife to fit unique shapes. Effective Spot Treatment: They perform well at reducing high-frequency reflections and flutter echoes in a small, enclosed area. Compact Shipping: The vacuum-sealed packaging is very space-efficient, though it does require a bit of patience for the foam to "bounce back." Cons Limited Low-End Absorption: Due to their thin profile, they won't do much for bass or low-frequency noise; they are strictly for mids and highs. Requires Separate Adhesive: These do not come with a self-adhesive backing, so you will need to provide your own spray adhesive or double-sided tape. Uniformity Issues: Depending on the batch, some panels may take longer than others to fully expand, which can be a bit frustrating if you're in a hurry.

They are good
As long as you follow instructions it will puff up and be a good size, Everything is good except some of them had a slight warp on the edges ( unsure if it came like that or if it was cuz of my dryer settings ) but they are good

Good Quality | Reduces Sound So Well! This stuff is great! The product measurements are accurate and easily ordered enough with a quick squared measure of my space and a calculator. So i was looking for light blue acoustic foam, but the shade i want is like a 500% mark up for some reason, anyways, I was delighted to see that when these showed up the colour was exactly what I wanted! Anywho, the stuff was a bit daunting when it arrived in the vacuumed bags. How To Properly Prepare These: I RECOMMEND YOU EXPAND THEM IN THE PLASTIC! I definitely did it weirdly; you have to let them expand for 1-2 days. A bunch of reviews are saying to soak or wash them- DONT! they are most likely lazy, the quality of just letting them expand is fantastic, plus u dont wanna worry about moisture. SO! This is the best way to go about it when u order them. Each one u buy is a pack of like 6 vacuumed bags. Open the pack, but dont cut open the bags inside. The way they vacuumed them is in a much larger bag thats folded up; so unfold them (they will kinda look like a giant ravioli) just puncture a corner or two in each bag and set them on a flat surface. After 1-2 days they will have fully expanded and you can cut open the bag and pull the panels apart effortlessly! The reason u want to keep em in the bag is bc it reduces the chemical smell, its like huffing paint, so make sure you open a window as they expand. My Installation Experience: The big thing that helped me was drawing horizontal lines with a bubble ruler to line up panels easily. Walls: START AT THE BOTTOM FIRST, I started kinda in the middle so I got to experience what working up vs working down was like. Its very likely your glue might weigh them down a bit, so you want to start at the bottom so the ones above can rest on them as they dry. Ceiling: These things are extremely lightweight, I was able to use glue with a 24 hour cure time and could literally press them onto the ceiling for a few seconds and start gluing the next panel. Folding Corners & Carving: My space had corners worth half a panel, these fold both ways perfectly, any scissors or box blades can cut and carve these to your needs, I was able to outline outlets with overhang to fully seal behind the plate cover. I highly recommend keeping your cut-offs; you can easily wedge them in tight corners between panels for full coverage. Quality: I highly recommend these, i only have 3 walls and a ceiling covered in a nook of a concrete basement and these panels gave me commercial quality with zero echo with my XLR mic. It honestly threw me off how clear the recordings were. They do not warp! There are times i have my mic stand pressed into these for weeks and there is no dents. These are incredibly soft, I genuinely run my fingers over them from time to time when im bored. No tearing! I had concerns that non glued parts being rubbed or pulled would rip them from the glued section, this has not happened! You would need to be intentionally destroying them for any damage to take place. Easy clean! I used a strong caulk glue, I think 300, (the ome that wont eat the foam) so I can straight up push on a standard vacuum into these to get any webs, bugs, or dust. I promise im a real person, ik its sketchy to state so, but please believe me, if you need foam panels for voice over or singing, I highly recommend these!!
