Lifesaver for pacemaker cyclist
Connects easily to Garmin. Chest strap not recommended if you have a pacemaker like I do

Cheap crap
To be fair, it seemed to work OK, when I could use it. Unfortunately, the plastic where the band attached broke about a month after I got it, so I couldn't use it anymore

Excellent monitor
Works very well as expected, with charge lasting a long time. Works work Strava and Cycplus apps. Had one stop working after over a year of use. Customer support was excellent with a replacement arriving within a few days.

Good budget ANT+ monitor
Paired easily with my bike computer (Coospo CS600) and appears to be fairly accurate. Functionality is pretty bare-bones, but it does what it is supposed to do. Fits comfortably enough that I can forget it's there and is water resistant enough that sweat has not caused any issues over several rides. I was unsuccessful at getting it to pair with my phone via bluetooth, however, though I only tried once. For my use case this is not an issue for me.

Better than HR chest band
I am so happy with this armband HR monitor. The battery lasts a long time and it is reliable connecting to my Garmin Fenix 6 Sapphire. I use it at least 3 times a week for the past couple of months. Much better than a chest HR band.

Knowledge of modern technology a must
My cousin said it is the best for tracking his HR... what he failed to mention is that he only uses it while biking. It monitors for sure. But as a Samsung user I needed to connect/install a complicated network of APPs to be able to keep a historical profile of my heart rate. Or so AI, my cousin, and customer service suggested.. I never was able to figure out or accomplish my goal of tracking, AND storing a record of my HB from a workout. Granted I'm not a professional bicyclist or athlete, nor the most technologically up to date in my skills... but I am so disappointed.. as I didn't think it should be that difficult. Truth; my cousin recommended so I didn't research before buying. He says it is the best for tracking his HR, WHILE cycling via a network of subscription APPS....

Great Value
So far the CYCPLUS HRM is working great. Very accurate and durable. It was easy to setup to use with ZWIFT for cycling. I also wear a Chest HRM to sync to my Garmin watch and they both track very close. The battery holds a charge for along time before needing recharged.

Unreliable
It worked great when it worked. Sadly, that only lasted 5 weeks Now it just stoped working during excerises It's Stop & Go or Stop & No Go. Sadly I passed the return window I gues you get what you pay for

Better than my watch and chest strap
I have a Garmin Fenix 6x Pro watch and it errantly tracks my cadence (160-172) as my heartrate later in a run... which is annoying on easy Zone 2 runs or during races when it's vital to stay below LT2. I also have 2 chest HRMs and they are often inaccurate on cold days until my body warms up... and I don't particularly like how they squeeze the chest or slip down my torso if too loose or sweaty. Now I FINALLY found the solution to more accurate heart rate tracking in the CYCLUS HRM. I wear it in my upper arm and I've had no issues with it. For sizing, it is adjustable to an extent. I have moderate size arms and for me it fits perfectly. But for people with larger arms, it may be a little small. HR seems to track accurately. I've done low HR training as well as intervals. HR follows along well with the workout RPE, not going too high or too low randomly. Overall, I'm completed satisfied with the arm HRM and just wish I would've known about sooner. I 100% recommend.
