RockTape Go Gentle Adhesive Pre-Cut Kinesiology Tape (Beige)

This is pretty good tape. I would recommend it to anyone with sensitive skin. It holds well for being intended for sensitive skin

Works just aswell as normal kt tape just with giving me a bad reaction. Recommend if you reactions to adhesive

My skin hates this stuff. On the plus side it stays on forever, on the downside I always, always have mega skin irration leaving my skin marked up for a week or so once I remove it, so it's difficult for me to justify applying, which sucks because it is so much better than bracing.

I use Rock therapy tape for lower back pain as well as knee recovery. The tape supports body areas that need some help. I use this at physical therapy as well as at home when the tape starts lifting. This is sensitive tape which has less adhesive. It will not pull as much when removed. I have used both, regular and sensitive both. Just prefer the sensitive. Can be used for back, knees shoulders but help putting it on is need for hard to reach areas. I appreciate that corners are already rounded which prevents the tape from sticking to clothes. Good in shower and easier to remove when wet, but can be removed at any time. I’ve left it on 5 days but can be removed at any time. Suggested is no more than three days

Unlike other products, this adhered extremely well and did the job intended.

This KY tape is a staple in our home. My husband uses this particular tape for his wrist for bowling. Great product

Not happy with this product. I uses to but this and it was one long strip that I cut for my specific needs. This item now comes pre-cut and the pre-cut strips are not helpful rather it seems like a lot is now wasted. Will not but this again. Do not recommend

Unfortunately I will not be purchasing this brand of tape again. I switched to this brand for skin sensitivity especially buying the gentle specific one. KT brand tape gives me a red flat rash where the adhesive is, this one gives me blisters. It happened twice and that was enough for me the one was on my arm and the other was by my knee on my thigh. Both times it was on the edge of the tape. It did hold nicely for a few days at a time and survived showers. But it was almost like the tape wasnt cut all the way so even though it was "pre-cut" i had to cut it or the end would unravel. Again I bought this because it was recommended for my skin sensitivity, I have ehlers-danlos and I have velvet skin and very soft skin that reacts to a lot of things and I thought that this would be better since it was gentle for the skin. So if you have EDS you might want to think about skipping this one. Id give it three if the tape was cut better.
