NAD+ has been helpful in workout recovery
I’ve been taking this for 2 months now. (I saw someone mention in a review throw in some resveratrol, but this has it in it. I will warn women too much resveratrol effects estrogen blocking your own receptors and dropping your levels causing break through bleeding in your monthly cycle or an extended cycle. Don’t add more!) The product has helped with energy levels. I take Ancient Nutrition Collagen and Isopure zero carb whey protein. My workout recovery has been much better since I added NAD+. I also noticed my skin looks really good. It wasn't bad before, but now it looks even more hydrated.

As you get older your body doesn't fire on all cylinders. This really helps reverse overall aging!
As I got older my body just didn't respond like I was accustomed to. I wrote it off as aging and something you just put up with. Until I started taking NAD+ with Resveratrol. I started with a product you could only get overseas and was uncomfortable doing so but took it for a month with great results. I saw this item and it has the exact same amounts of ingredients in that product, is cheaper and is available on Amazon. I immediately switched over to this product and my results continue to get better! I take 2 capsules in the morning. Super easy to swallow. My energy levels have increased, I don't need those daily naps all of the time, my skin is improving elasticity and all of the things I thought were just part of getting old are no longer keeping me from living my best life as a newly retired 57-year-old. The price is right. If you are starting to feel your age, this is cheap enough to try. I will be taking this product for life.....because it honestly helps me live again! I highly recommend you try it!
