I appreciate everyone is different, but I haven't found an issue with this product. First time I've tried nasal strips after trying a spray, mouth piece an literally taping mouth shut to try and stop my snoring. these worked great and I really didn't think they would.Opens up airway just enough to stop the sore. they stick all night and are still really sticky when removing. can find anything to be negative about to be fair.

Bought these to wear at night whilst sleeping, and for when I run. Great stickiness if you don't sweat at all! Absolutely useless for my runs because they came unstuck once I started getting hot and sweaty. Personally, I do not recommend.

They do help stopping me snoring but the are not the wholly grail

Tried this brand as an alternate to my local pharmacy's, due to the larger pack size. They do open my airways, they are comfortable, but I end up waking in the night as they only stay stuck down for 5-6 hours. I'm a week into the pack now, so it's not just the odd strip that's the problem, and I've used nasal strips for long enough to know my skin has to be clean, dry and oil free for the best stick. Only upside, being black means they're easy to locate after they've come off.Won't be continuing with these for sleeping, but I can at least use them up during workouts.

These strips are easy to apply and stay in place all night for me. Cleanse the nose area before application to ensure good adhesion. They do not completely eliminate all snoring but when snoring starts, it seems to last only for a few seconds before normal breathing returns. After three nights we are convinced that this is not just coincidence and we will continue to use them. I say we, because we both snore and also have noticeable sleep apnoea. My partner used a different brand which has three elastic strips across the nose, but the centre part of the strip was too deep from under the bridge of the nose to the bottom of the nostrils and it did not adhere as well these which have just two strips. It detached in the early hours and was eventually found stuck to the neck. These nasal strips also have a pleasant velvet-like feel to the outer surface. At 27 pence per strip they are more than twice the price of the others but, if they work then it is worth it for a better night's sleep for each partner. Having now tried unsuccessfully to resolve snoring with three different in- mouth devices, it was bo5h a surprise and a relief to find that these strips helped. Happy to recommend these.

Didn't work for me, they weren't strong enough to open my airways, very sticky residue left once removed. So didn't help my sleep any and I guess that is reflected in the price. Recommend anybody to buy the more expensive ones...

I’ve been using Like A Log sleep strips for a while now and they really help me to get a good night’s sleep so I thought I’d give the nasal strips a go. I can’t believe how much easier it is to breathe through your nose as soon as you put one on. I’m wearing them every time I go for a run and can really feel the benefits!

I’ve been using this brands mouth tape for the last year so was really excited to see them release nasal strips. These are by far the best nasal strips I’ve tried. Most ping off in the night but the additional slits give extra flexibility and help to keep these on throughout the night. 100% recommend!
