Doesn't work on Windows 11
Better than the Kensington fingerprint sensor per description of the company website, it has both trusted execution security and end-to-end encryption, but there is a catch, it doesn't support Windows 11, there is no compatible driver. You may find it great for Windows 10.

**1 Star – This Product Should Not Be Sold**
This is the worst product I have ever purchased. In my opinion, this biometric fingerprint scanner should be discontinued and should not be sold on Amazon. I carefully followed every installation instruction, downloaded the recommended drivers, and reinstalled them at least 10 times on my Windows laptop. I also tried multiple troubleshooting steps, but the scanner never worked. After wasting several hours trying to get it working, I finally gave up. I genuinely don't understand how a product with software and drivers this unreliable made it to the market. In my opinion, it appears the product was not adequately tested before being sold to customers. This experience has been a complete waste of my time and money. I hope Amazon investigates the quality and reliability of products like this because customers deserve products that actually work as advertised. I would strongly discourage anyone from buying this fingerprint scanner.
