2025 Standard Catalog of Firearms

Good product - good price.

Excellent publication. Although not completely accurate missing some weapons.

I feel like this is this is a reprint of older books, several firearms I have owned for about 10 years are not even listed in the book, and the values are in my opinion light. I regret purchasing this book, but it will serve some usefulness I suppose. I will be looking for a more informative literary source to supplement this for sure. For one example, the Uberti Colt .45 Cattleman revolvers are in my option are very fine single action revolver, and this book lists it at $350 in great condition. Now ask yourself, what can you buy these days for $350.00? This should reflect a price of $500.

HUGE book that is very confusing and difficult to use. The first two firearms I tried to look up were not even listed. Those were not rare or oddball firearms from outer Mongolia or something weird. One is a Winchester model 94 rifle (26" octagonal barrel) It's a difficult book to use. I've been a buyer and/or seller of firearms for over 40 years - I have listed and sold many firearms - this book is going to the dump.

This book took a turn for the worse. My last edition of 2017 at least printed the dates of manufacture of each firearm. This 2025 edition has left 75% of Dates of Manufacture out. Also in the eight years since I bought the 2017 edition I see basically little rise or no rise in value in most guns. I realize in some cases this is very common. I notice This edition was edited by someone I'm not familiar with, a different person or persons then previous editors. I'm very sorry I bought this book. I even considered tossing it in the trash. Perhaps should of bought the Blue Book its not much more money.

Be advised there is virtually nothing on vintage military firearms, and what there is is mostly US
