Tried, tested & trusted :)
Nelsons products are reputable, reliable and I have used Arnica pillules (tiny pills) for years now. I bruise easily because of medical high inflammatory condition (UC). These pillules help to keep inflammation to a manageable level without resorting to steroids every other year. Non-invasive care is better than taking steroids; steroids affect adversely the whole body, it takes ages to get them out of your body and a gradual decreasing dose. If I have a flare-up of UC I take the 60c pillules otherwise I take 6c daily at bedtime. 5* product and treatment

Packaging needs a rework of some sort.
The clicker didn't work, had 2 take a knife to make the hole bigger. Bought these to try help with restless legs, too soon to tell any results yet.

Very effective bruise relief
I have used arnica for years and always found it relly helpful to aid healing of bruises and sprains but I have to say that this little dispenser drives me crazy ! You can click away at it until your hand is tired and it will only sometimes disgorge it's little tablet. There has to be a better way !

Difficult to open but works well
Bought the 6 instead of 30 so had to take more. It really works well for gum infection, but I always find this product impossible to open without hitting it with a hammer to make the "clicker" work!

Avoid
Packaging on these is awful. I was using them to help heal from a c - section but ended up abandoning them as they were so hard to get ot of the container. The packaging really needs redesigning, both I and my husband tried getting the tablets out and both found it useless. A waste of money in the end

Also great quality
Flavour? Funny as they are always like sugar pills! Sis what was expected and reduced bruising quickly

Terrible mechanism
No matter what orientation, shaking, clicking quirks or whatever...this bloody dispensing mechanism is absolute trash. If I cba to faff for ages to get one, maybe it's worth the supposed pain relief...
