Christmas gift for partner. Well pleased👍 This Acer Chromebook is great. It's lightweight & compact. Nice & simple to set up & use. Just the job for his searching on the Internet etc.

Brought to use Gemini
I brought so I could use Gemini rather than use it on my phone. The keyboard feels nice, but it feels flimsy when I'm using the mouse pad, like I can push it in too much and it's not very responsive to my touch. Setting up there was a 15min update followed by would you like to set up with through phone or Email. You need a Google account I'm guessing, which I already had. I recommend setting up through email, phone method was awkward and failed the two times I attempted. When I was signed in and all set up it prompted me with the 3 months free promotion which I signed up to. Overall much better than using my mobile phone.

I m not computer literate, what do I know? I switch it on, struggle through and then switch it off. I does me for the price. 👍

Stopped working in a month
Stopped working within a month . Screen went black.

Brilliant deal
I am 72 years old and I knew that my old chrome book needed updating but I kept putting it off until I spilt wine over it, at 3pm on 10th June I ordered one from amazon, by 2pm the following day my new chrome book was up and running with all my systems up and running and all for less than £113 WHAT A BARGAIN AND WHAT SERVICE thank you Amazon do not put off updating out of date equipment.
