wasn't sure about this stuff , my sister convinced me due to my recent health issues it has an earthy taste, bht you can also taste the fruity part too. I got the mango one first, gana get a diff flavor next time I order. its my 1st bottle , so I can't see a huge difference yet , after iv had it for a while I can redo my review,, so ill keave a 4 star this time.

Taste pretty good! I like Sea Moss in the jar rather than gummies.

This product was officially recalled for safety reasons. I threw it out immediately to protect my family and provided Amazon proof of purchase to the seller. Instead of taking responsibility, they hid behind a technicality, demanding a picture of the discarded jar, knowing most people would have done the same. That is unacceptable. This is not how a responsible company acts during a recall. Buyers, beware.

Not my first jar of seamoss but my fist time trying ashwagandha. Positive change to cortisol levels which significantly helped with sleep. Overall mood improved and they say it’s good for testosterone which also helps with mood. Try for yourself after you do some research on what the long term effects of taking ashwagandha are.
