Infrared motion sensor works well, red LED light works well. Dark green color blends into landscape and they are quite small and compact yet pack a big ultrasonic sound through two speakers. Human ears cannot hear for more than 1 second when it first turns on, but this will surely be heard by animals.

These are the new improved model.So far working is great and doing its job. Is great that is solar and he doesn't need to run any wires to make them work. I have two of these in my community garden plot. The gardens are surrounded by natural area, and a vegetable farm. I had only two and had very little mole or vole activity in my plot but there were many fresh mounds in plots Eighty feet away.I'm going to buy 2 more, and put it in a larger area.

I am not happy with these two devices, the reviews swore this really worked, it must have been paid reviewers because these two I purchased and put very near to each other but spread out just enough to cover the front yard do not work worth a hill of beans. The green lizards still come into the front door when I get a delivery if I don't look around the front door, and all of the dogs come to the front door as if to let me know how funny they think these devices are, I swear I saw one of the dogs lick the thing as if to say now what?...Please do not buy these gadgets based on the phony reviews you see posted about this product, it stinks of failure.

We recently put 8 Pekin ducks in our pond and lost one to a fox on the first night and another on the 3rd night. Then I installed 2 of the Animal Repellers and we haven't lost any ducks since. Did the ducks get smarter? Did the foxes get dumber? Or is the deterrent working? I don't know but I suspect the deterrent is helping a lot.

I have purchased this product three times, twice for my garden and once for my trailer in Upper VT.I have had absolutely zero problems with my garden pests, squirrel's and chip monks, etc..I have had a GREAT reduction with pests such as mice in VT. Much more land to cover, much more space to observe.I will purchase more every year and continue to enjoy garden profits and less pests.

Didn't work to scare away animals running around my yard. It scares one of my dogs, but that's about it. I still have opossum, skunks and rabbits all over my yard and this thing flashed and gave off an audible tone. That was the extent of it. None of the animals that have walked by it ran in fear or turned and ran the other way

It made an annoying soundCONS:1. squirrels laughed at it2. rabbits hopped all over it3. dog sniffed itIt's annoying when I spend this much on 2 devices and I see a squirrel with a peach in its mouth delightfully running around my peach tree and the fence with this device making its deterring sound.

I bought two of these devices, one for myself and one for my daughter. Chipmunks have been eating our blueberries. I put out my trail cam to see how well these devices worked. The cam caught video of the chipmunks continuing to climb my blueberry bushes and eating my crop. So disappointed!
