great replacement for the ball in the round cat scratcher. Because of the weight it almost does a perpetual motion motor. Even old tired cats become interested again!

THEY ACTUALLY WORK!!
Iโm really surprised at how much these big ball bearings exercise the muscles in my forearm that control finger movement. I got a light set for a family friend recovering from hand surgery, and they were able to improve function over the course of a week. Not sure that applies to everyone, but it did help here. On a whim I got a heavy set and started using them, and even though I didnโt have any problems, I noticed increased strength and dexterity starting after a week of 5 minutes a day (thatโs a lot to start!). Getting another set for my mother who had a very mild (Praise The Lord) stroke affecting the fingers of one hand, eager to see how she does with them. Claims made are true as far as Iโve seen!

NOT stainless steel, these are junk.
These are NOT stainless steel. This is a dishonest posting and is potentially toxic, at minimum it is a rip off. They are solid metal, but who knows what kind or what they are coated with. See pictures of these rusting and disgusting shedding. Stainless steel does not corrode or rust this fast in water.

After using these I re-wrote my review I have enjoyed this product and the results of daily use of it It is a fun way to keep fingers and wrists and forearms in shape - and easy to pack and bring to work I actually love this product and will buy it again for some family members
