The metal part of these tools is great and it works well for carving. The pumpkin scoop was especially handy, I really liked using that instead of a normal spoon.The big issue though, was during pumpkin carving at least two of the handles got removed from the metal. Given that, I don't really think it's worth saving these year after year, but for a one evening use carving tool, $10 isn't a bad price for it.

This kit is absolutely amazing, and I highly recommend it for pumpkin carving. I used this to carve 2 pumpkins, and it's a million times easier than using a kitchen knife. I used the serrated saw to easily cut a hole in the pumpkin (took 5 mins) and then I used the pumpkin scooper to quickly scrape everything out of the pumpkin (took 20 mins). Then I used a mix between the pumpkin drill, cutting tool, v-shaped knife, serrated saw, and small saw to carve the design out of my pumpkin. My lines were so clean that everyone thought I used a stencil. This kit makes cutting pumpkins much easier and quicker. And the tools were easy to clean after.

This pumpkin carving set is near perfect. The handles are sized just right for kid hands, but can be used by adults as well. This is so much better than taking a steak knife to a pumpkin - tried that once and it didn't work out well.While the tools are not ultra-sharp, I wouldn't leave the kids alone unsupervised. They are still somewhat sharp and pointy.The included carrying bag makes clean-up and storage easy - we'll just drop it in the cardboard box we bring out every year for Halloween5/5 recommended!

For this price point, this set is a decent value! The kit comes as described and includes a nice carrying pouch and tools that seem solid made of metal and plastic. I would recommend.

There are a lot of useful tools and they seemed like a good size. Everything fit into the pouch just fine without any issues or squeezing. There's plenty of room.I checked the sturdiness by trying to wiggle the tools from their handles. None of them wiggled; these tools seem like they'll be great for making nice Jack-O-Lanterns.I won't know for sure until I'm carving something.

We are having a pumpkin carving contest at work. I never carved a pumpkin before so I was told tools are key. So I got this set and let me tell you it has so many carving tools that although I may have zero experience I will do just fine. These will allow me to create different shapes and designs as well as remove the pumpkin seeds and insides. I am so ready!!! This kit even comes with a bag for storage. I think is just perfect and would recommend

Got this for the kids for some easy pumpkin making. Works as described and was really easy for my kids to use. Makes it fun to be able to carve in certain ways. Highly recommend!
