Replaced our old step with this storage step and LOVE it. It looks great and is handy having all our supplies so close to the hot tub and easy to access. Perfect!

These steps seem sturdy. I think people should know that there are no backs on the steps (they do have risers, but are not enclosed). So the storage step is not totally enclosed and the vinyl shell/liner is exposed in the back and bottom. I thought it would be completely enclosed and protected. As far as assembly, the plastic is not pre-drilled with holes. But it is soft. Having an electric screw driver or drill is a must to push the screws through. It doesn't take long to put together and 1 person can do it easily. Also the instructions do state 1 person per step up to 300 lbs. Overall it seems nice but maybe a bit pricey. Time will tell on how it stands up to use and the elements. And how long that vinyl liner/shell lasts.

Very sturdy and easy to put together

Perfect steps for our new hot tub. Assembly was easy and took about half an hour. I saw some comments that they needed to use a drill to make holes for the screws but that was not necessary. Love the storage compartment which makes storing the required chemicals easy and out of site.

The product description says max weight is 400 lbs. I received the product, put it together and later noticed a safety warning with the paperwork stating anything over 300 lbs could crush the steps. Also, contrary to their claims. all the screw positions" ARE NOT" pre-drilled. (Canvas hanger) Like so many other made in China products. this was misrepresented. I'm giving it one star because I had to drill and now I question what the weight capacity really is. Could it be only 200 lbs? I'm keeping the product because it's all assembled now. However I am deeply disappointed. Come-on Amazon, Don't lose your reputation of great customer service. screen these sellers better.

These are sturdy, easy to put together. I love the storage and the top step for spa supplies. There are plenty wide enough and very stable. Made of good material.

Real plastic feel thought it would be stronger

Does not slip. Storage is a plus. We store all the chemicals and a hose in the storage.
