Starter per fare Natto in casa. Non facile da trovare in altri shop. Arriva dalla Cina, quindi originale. Funziona. Certo occorre la Natto maker acquistabile su Amazon

Ho seguito sia le istruzioni sulla confezione (ho usato google traduttore immagini) che altri tutorial ma il risultato è abbastanza blando. Credo comunque di aver raggiunto la fermentazione ed in ogni caso ho provato solo una marca di fagioli di soia e non ho esperienza precedente quindi mi ritengo abbastanza soddisfatto anche se il risultato non è pari all originale assaggiato in paesi orientali.
