Delicious
I think this is delicious with tonic. Had two, felt very relaxed. Will definitely be getting another for the Christmas holidays.

GAME CHANGER!
This has been a complete revelation. We all have different relationships with alcohol; mine is as follows. I am in my early sixties, I clearly drink too much but can always function the next day which might be a curse in itself. The biggest issue apart from the effects on my liver is that my brain seems to find alcohol just plain moreish. If I have one glass of wine, I then want four. Conversely, I can happily go an evening without alcohol, and only drink after about 7pm. But annoyingly, alcoholic drinks taste nice - far better than mocktails in my opinion. So I tried Sentia Gold with an open mind. I looked up what people were mixing it with and plumped for two parts Sentia Gold, three parts freshly squeezed lime (or lemon) and topped it up with Sprite/7Up/equivalent to fill a coupe glass. The taste is demonstrably better than a normal mocktail but not as great as, say, a classic margarita or a glass of decent wine, I find I get a 'hit' quite quickly - faster than wine. I feel a little whoozy and relaxed, and can very slightly slur the occasional word. The effect/half life seems to be shorter than alcohol, but in a good way. I do not find it moreish or addictive, but I will tend to have a second 'cocktail' an hour or so later. There is no hangover. In fact, I seem to have extra energy in the mornings. Just possibly I get the occasional mild headache when drinking it - it is hard to say given there are plenty of colds and viruses about. Personally, I don't think I will drive a car etc straight after drinking it, just to be on the safe side. Best of all, it seems to put me off wanting to drink alcohol proper. I appreciate we are all different, but I would urge people to give this a whirl. I have not tried the other flavours yet - Sentia Gold tastes a bit like orange cordial.

Expensive and very gingery
I was desperate to like this product but I haven’t been wowed. I got the gold version. It is very very gingery so if you don’t like ginger you won’t get on with this. Luckily I love ginger. You definitely need a 50ml not a 25ml measure and it tastes quite good with fresh orange or fresh cranberry and lots of ice but it’s still very gingery. It tastes like one of those ginger shots you can buy these days. The effects are so mild that they have been barely noticeable for me but I think there is a slight relaxation effect for me. The price of £32 per bottle is so unaffordable when the bottle is only 500ml and a bottle of 750ml tequila would be half that price. Really pricey. Please make this cheaper!

Just buy the alcohol!!
Was keen to give this a go. Mixed it with a wee bit of lemon juice and ice then added tonic water. Tastes great, bit like a ginger/ turmeric shot. The GABA stuff didn’t work for me and after 3 drinks didn’t feel like I’d had anything. It had a better hit after adding some vodka!! It might work for some people but for me this was an expensive way to have a ginger/turmeric shot. Save your money, just buy a bottle of Spirits. Cheers!!

Somewhat enjoyable but expensive.
Firstly the price. I believe it is a little expensive for 500ml. I tried it with both tonic water and also with sprite. Both tasted nice, but I would say with the tonic the ginger flavour is more pronounced. The sprite dulls this somewhat and adds some sweetness. Generally the taste is mild citrus with a definite ginger/spicy note. After one drink with around 40ml it did give me a noticeable heady, relaxed feeling however this was not intense and only lasted maybe 20 minutes at most. I would consider buying this again as a treat or I may try the other flavours.

Amazing
This is the best non-alcoholic alternative I have tried. Tastes nice and truly does give you a bit of a relazed buzz!

Did nothing for me apart from £30 down
I've looked into this and I can see that a lot of science and good intentions have gone into the product. Not an unpleasant taste, but I didn't get any buzz or feeling of relaxation in the way I would after a pint or a large glass of wine. I tried doubling the recommended amount (mixed with tonic and a drop of lime) and I felt a bit weird, sort of slightly woozy and faintly nauseous. So, not for me, although I don't regret giving it a go and I'm not accusing anyone of trying to con me. I could have had 3 half decent bottles of wine for the same amount. Im not a big drinker and have over time cut down to maybe 3 drinks a week. I can enjoy a pint or a glass of wine and stop there. I think I'll just carry on like that.
