This has performed as expected. I now have no problems changing my watch batteries; adjusting band length; pressing back covers in place. This may last longer than I thought. It is well made. I haven’t had to use all the tools yet but so far so good. My only complaint is the tweezers are big and my hands aren’t.

Great toolkit! Its got pretty much everything you need, but a rubber ball. Besides that you are pretty much set. Construction and materials feel solid. Not that many kits out there with a good press. Fantastic bang for the buck. Very happy with it.

Do it yourself!! It’s better than paying someone just to change a battery! The price is incredible for the quality and quantity of tools that are in this package. I’m so impressed with the craftsmanship!! Kudos to the creator of this!!

I recently ordered the kit to help a friend with a watch that defied opening. It came sooner than was promised. In less than 5 minutes with the tools in the kit I was able to open the watch without damaging it replacing the battery. (I had tried many methods without success without the kit nearly cutting my hand several times). Closing it by hand was not effective but the press that was included worked well, again without damaging the watch. For my purposes I am not likely to need all the tools in the kit but was happy with the effectiveness of the tools I needed. No instruction was required for what I used.

It covers the basics well — back cover opener, spring bar tool, link remover, screwdrivers — enough to handle most common watch tasks without digging around for the right tool. Quality is what you'd expect at this price, so don't go in expecting professional-grade instruments. That said, everything has worked fine for the straightforward stuff: battery swaps, strap changes, sizing a bracelet. Just take your time and be careful with delicate pieces. The case is a nice touch for keeping everything organized in one spot. If you've got a few watches at home and want to stop outsourcing the small stuff, it's a practical buy.

Kit worked very well on a few of my heirloom pieces and made my life and maintenance near effortless.

It's pretty good at a starting set for getting into watch repair. My only worry initially was that there are only three sizes of flathead screwdriver tips. Am still unsure if this will be an issue or not. Currently: not.

Acheté principalement pour changes les piles de plusieurs de mes montres et celles de ma femme, pour faire des economies. J’ai deja ouvert et refermé 2 montres avec boîtier vissé et une montre avec boitier à levier avec facilité sans aucun souci. Ce ne sont pas des outils pro, pas cher, mais ils font le travail. Utilisés correctement, et sans forcer (pour vos montres aussi) je pense qu’ils peuvent durer dans le temps.

Great product; i ordered some small tools apart from this set and the tools within the set are of “superior” quality. Most of the things are made of steel, they feel sturdy, they work as supposed. Great toolkit for the amateur watch carer at home! Tool to screw off the back case feels sturdy and nice, nothing will bend and the pin fits perfectly in all my watches so unscrewing goes with ease! Don’t hassitate to buy!
