Does the job, but it's not great at clamping down on stuff. It tends to slide off easily.

Great find for a beginner. Super sturdy, easy to use, and honestly better quality than I expected for the price.

Had this product almost 2 months. Just outside the return window and the jaw has worn out already, failing to properly hold the hook. The adjustment screws got stripped out from trying to tighten the jaw to hold the hook. Don’t recommend buying.

Fantastic starter set for my husband who is new to the sport. He has had good success with it as it is great quality, and has user friendly instructions with videos. Highly recommend!

Solid vise for the price. It’s sturdy and ideal for anyone just getting into fly tying. Took a little fiddling to get it adjusted just right, but once set up, it’s been great and holds hooks firmly.

Only stupid this about this vise is when you tighten it onto a table it dont matter how tight you get it thing still moves. Once it gets tight it likes to twist and wont be squared to the table no more. If you can fix the sliding problem its a master pice!
