Perfect except one piece came broken
The trampoline itself is wonderful! The only issue we had was the metal connector that clips the two poles together on one of the poles was broken. It still went together, but it is hard to put up because the two poles kept coming apart when setting up. Once it is up, it does it's job and we have had no issues with it! The trampoline was easy to put together, and the instructions were very helpful and clear!

I like everything except the net and spring liner, very cheap it comes off all the time so for small kids not safe

Lost in shipping
Honestly I got this one because the price was right however it was lost in shipping almost right from the get go. Blessings in disguise I’m guessing the quality probably isn’t great.

Honest thoughts from an educated, blue collar, long-time do-it-yourselfer
The media could not be loaded. Well I have to be completely honest on this because it's a big purchase and it's something that you cannot just package back up and send back to Amazon, especially once you start putting it together. First off, the instructions are for lack of review worthy terms: straight garbage. I believe I started putting this together right, but something happened and the last few legs got turned around because I got confused...it was very frustrating because I feel like the manufacturing company when they designed did not take into account the coating on the metal, And it made it very hard for the legs to go into the holes... I'm a 6 ft tall 250 lb woman and I was putting my entire weight on it to try to get them to go in right. We had a hammer 🔨 and a thick board to try and not bend the metal. I've included some pictures of the instruction manual so you can see why it would cause confusion: it states "please select your own tubing parts quantity according to the products in your hand from following illustrations All parts with the same part number are interchangeable and have not right or left orientation to connect the parts simply slide section tubing that is smaller on one end into the adjacent section that has a larger opening".... That is communicating to me that it doesn't matter which leg goes where Because they don't have a right or left orientation. So as it turns out I put together the bottom part of the trampoline wrong... And because their legs fit so tight into the connecting places the holes didn't line up for the bolts to go through to hold the posts for the net so I had to go buy a titanium drill bit that is a size bigger than The size of the nuts and bolts they sent and I had to drill out holes all the way around except for two that lined up perfectly.... Some of this is my fault Because I didn't understand the instructions (and I still don't) and some of it is theirs: because the legs would not turn once connected. One thing I would suggest is when adding the poles for the enclosure net, you don't have to have the entire pole put together you can just bolt the bottom portion of the pole to the leg... And then add the top part once you have it bolted on. One spring they sent me was defective so I'm missing one spring...I don't think it makes a difference But it would be nice if they sent me one. The ladder is extremely hard on your feet so I bought a thick pool noodle in orange 🧡 and made some better steps. Putting the trampoline onto the frame pretty much just consisted of counting the holes and counting the hooks on the trampoline. It made it pretty easy to go together...plan on your shoulder hurting from pulling the springs the next day lol....So, other than being extremely frustrated, my boyfriend and I powered through all of this and our kids have a pretty cool trampoline for only a portion of the money it would cost on some of the others out there. Im VERY happy with the final result, and the kids are too. I love orange! I added moving string lights around the top with some zip ties through the net and a multi color disco ball underneath the tramp and it's the most happenin place for the kids in our town! So I hope my experience helps you in your decision. I'm giving 4 stars because the legs did not fit in the connecting places worth a tinker's darn and the instructions were 👇🏻 other than that, it's a beautiful addition to our yard.

Mediocre at best.
Missing leg, broken clasp. I'd spend a little more $ and get something that's not junk...product support says they'll send out the leg but still waiting on reply about a new mat. They were prompt to respond but as far as standing by their product...im not so sure. 2 stars

Padding too small… weight limit incorrect too!
Padding is too small, does not stay down to cover the springs. And the weight limit is different from what is stated on Amazon website.Manual states 264lbs and only 1 person.Amazon states 330lbs max 1 person and total weight on frame over 1300lbs and it advertises more than 1 person at a time. What info do you follow for safety?Disappointed with the accuracy of the information. The hassle of putting together, taking apart and shipping back is ridiculous.
