Does what it says. Best Arnica cream I have used. More expensive, but value for money. Quickly works on bruises, is easy to apply. Excellent for anyone with thinning skin.

Leaves skin feeling moisturised, but hasn't done much for bruising

I had strange purple marks appear on my legs and arms. I discovered it is something known as actinic purpura. Within a few days of using this marks are now fading. Excellent product.

Worked quickly to heal extensive, stubborn bruising on shins (improvement noticeable within 24 hours) and seems to help strengthen skin against further damage. Legs are almost back to normal for the first time in months. Highly recommend

Very disappointing, made absolutely no difference

So, I’ve been using this cream for just over three weeks, long enough to form an opinion. Sadly, it isn’t positive. I have applied on old and new bruises. I am on blood thinners and therefore there is a new bruise (at least one) daily. I have not noticed any immediate improvement and despite it being a fair moisturiser, it doesn’t do what it states it should. It isn’t cheap. I could have paid less but I assumed the more I paid the more effective it would be

I have mature skin that is prone to senile purpura—the dark purple bruiselike spots that can appear suddenly after even a minor bump or scratch, often without any pain. I've dealt with this for years, and I suspect it's genetic since my grandmother had the same condition. The pictures show before and after after 5 days. I've tried several creams and lotions that claimed to help, but none delivered the results they promised. This cream is different. After applying it twice a day for just five days, the spots were almost completely gone. Normally, they take about two weeks to fade on their own. I'm hopeful that continued use may also help prevent new spots from forming, although only time will tell. The cream itself is rich and thick, no smell, but absorbs quickly without feeling greasy. As an added bonus, my hands look smoother and less wrinkled than before. I'm very pleased with the results so far.

I am 77 and have been using this product for about 1 month. This one of those products that really works. Results are not instantaneous but you will notice the difference fairly quickly. It is best used as soon as you notice any bruising on skin but works pretty good on older bruises as well. The older ones just take a little longer to fade. If you have thin skin and are experiencing bruising, I would recommend trying this cream.

My skin just started bruising heavily several months ago. A day of working around the house, bumping into door jams, doing anything that involved incidental contact, has left me looking like a mugging victim. I started off using another product which worked well but I did not like it's container form factor or it's consistency and because of that looked for another product. This bruise cream is a lighter mixture it goes on easier it absorbs faster and has been absolutely wonderful reducing the bruising within a very very short time. I really banged up my hand on Tuesday and as I'm writing this on Friday the bruising is substantially faded to the point where another couple of days will erase it entirely. It is easy to use comes in a jar instead of a tube which is its biggest difference as far as application as you don't have to hold the jar. You can dip your finger into it and rub it in all you want. There is no smell there is no sticky after substance on your arms and for me it is the absolute answer to my bruising. I imagine there are similar products that will work just as well perhaps, but for me this is the answer and I suggest that anyone who's avoiding it in favor of a more advertised brand try it out because it is in a word, miraculous. I could not be happier and guarantee that you will be too if you try it.

I previously wrote the following 1-star review: Would have given this product a 5 Star review, but they changed the texture and color of this cream. Been buying it for months and the cream color was tan, thinly textured, and very absorbent. Now the cream is white and the texture is so heavy my skin can’t absorb it. Very disappointed. UPDATE: I stuck with this cream because supposedly it is made in USA. The formula change was a terrific enhancement to their product. Some of my dark stains are beginning to fade. I have stains on my forearms from chemotherapy. They are deep and ugly. However, Skintensive Arnica cream is helping them to disappear. It has been a very long process, but my arms are beginning to look better. I doubt some spots will ever go away, but if I can get the stains off my forearms, I’ll be thrilled. Long sleeves look hideous in 90-degree heat. I even notice my skin is toughening up a bit. One small bump, and the spot always turned purple. Now sometimes it happens, but not all the time. Wish I had some way to photograph my arms. Give it a try, but be patient with the cream. Good luck!
