PhilipsOneBlade Intimate, Designed for Pubic Grooming, Trim and Shave with Extra Skin Protection, Model QP1924/30

I have been wet shaving my pubic area including my scrotum for years and saw this item on offer so thought I’d give it a try. I’ve now been using it daily for about 8 weeks and am very pleased with its performance, it does not give as close a shave as wet so I have had to use it daily rather than wet shave every two to three days. It copes well with longer hair too as I have trimmed previously unshaven areas. There has been no skin irritation and no skin nicks, always a risk when wet shaving. I have found that it works best as a dry shaver, although it is waterproof so can be used in the shower, I tried this once and wasn’t impressed as I found it more difficult to use. Its light weight and small size make it easy to use in restricted areas and the blade design makes it safe to use in areas where it is difficult to see what you are doing.Replacement blades seem expensive but are said to last 3 - 4 months, so overall will be cheaper than the multi blade blades and shaving foam I have been using to wet shave.I charge for 2 - 3 hours every 3 or so days which seems to work. There is a light which shows it is on charge but nothing in the instructions to say whether this goes out or changes colour when fully charged, so as there is no battery charge indicator either it’s all guesswork.My big gripe, the USB charging cable is non standard so yet another cable to store, why oh why not a standard fitting at the device end?

As someone with a bear like body I bought to trim and shave my torso and my grenades and the major. . .I've never used one before but after much looking into it decided to give this one a go.At over 5000 global ratings and 84% 4&5 stars at the time of writing - it can't be bad!I've used it several times now and this is my take on it. . .What do you get?- The razor. It's showerproof! You can use it in the shower👍🏼The foil detaches easily for cleaning too- A 3mm comb attachment- Charging cable with 3pin mains plug- instruction bookletCharge it up overnight and you're away to go! ⚡🪒🪒🪒⚡How was it?Brilliant! As I said, I'm a pretty hairy guy. I used the 3mm attachment for my torso and it took the excess off with ease and very neatly. It is very buzzy and not quiet at all but that's not a problem in my case.The intimate shaving aspect is very good too in my opinion. So long as you pull everything tight 👀 this thing pretty much glides over everything stripping you down to a smooth finish. Although not shave foam plus razor - like, it's pretty close and my partner was impressed as was I.Razor rinsed and dried out ready for next time.No razor burn or nicks cuts or anything. Moisturised and good to go 10 mins later 👍🏼Yup pretty happy with this one which will come in handy for what I'm hoping is a long hot summer ☀️☀️☀️Highly recommended 👌🏼

This is a great trimmer, battery life is great, I managed to do pretty much my whole body 2-3 times on one full charge with this, no nicks, no cuts or scratching. Used it on my private areas and it’s safe to say that although I’m terrified of using it on the Crown Jewels every time, I haven’t had any issues yet. Can take a good few pass overs to get rid of the hair on the legs but I found taking your time and going at it at different angles is always best as hairs grow at different angles.The middle part of the trimmer trims right down to the skin, almost as if you have shaved, which is great, but like I said you may need to go over a few times to get a perfect result.I would also recommend charging this after every use, simply because it does take a long time to charge, that’s the only downside to this trimmer, overall great value for money, and good quality.

I've tried wetshaving my intimate areas with a manual razor, and also tried using a much more expensive and chunky trimmer. Each method has it's drawbacks and benefits. Finally, I've found a product that works for me.Quality and closeness of shave is fantastic, and I find I can shave my intimate area in half the time it previously took. Small form factor makes it easy to manoeuvre and trim hard to reach/see areas, but at the same time it isn't so small that it's hard to grip (I am STILL talking about the trimmer).I like the ease of changing the blade itself, no they aren't cheap but it is better than purchasing a whole new razer/trimmer.Very happy with this purchase and I would recommend anyone who isn't happy with their current trimmer to give it a try.

Amazing razor.I use it for my bikini area and it goes around ALL the areas smoothly and without any cuts. Hair is cut very short and regrows fine without ingrown hairs. Obviously not as close as a traditional razor but close enough.I’m gutted I’ve only just realised this thing exists.Only thing I don’t like is I wish it had more choice of lengths on the guard, the green one is still quite short and it leaves me feeling quite bald

Value for money. It works well even the result is better than those branded products at higher price.
