Which devices support wireless charging with this power bank?

Compatible with iPhone 17/16/15/14/13/12 series

Why does the power bank deliver fewer charges than expected?

Due to a 35% to 45% capacity loss from battery cell and circuit inefficiencies during charging, a fully charged LISEN Power Bank (Battery Capacity 5000mAh, Rated capacity: 3000 mAh) effectively provides about 0.67 charge for an iPhone 17 Pro.

Why does charging stop at 80%?

Your iPhone may automatically stop charging at 80% to protect its battery from overheating, as part of iOS 17's thermal management strategy. Charging will resume once the device cools down. Moving it to a cooler spot can help speed up this process.

Why is my phone getting hot while charging?

Charging stays below 105°F (40.7°C), but using your phone while charging can generate heat. If it becomes too warm, stop charging and allow the phone to cool before resuming. Avoid cases over 2.5 mm thick.
