You could sip this Tequila it is so smooth - one to enjoy and savour not, like most Tequila drink as quickly as possible or avoid.

I can't speak highly enough of this tequila. I went looking for it after seeing a documentary piece about its production process. This is a great example of getting what you pay for. A truly hand made spirit. I sip it straight at room temperature with a home made sangrita chaser (blood orange, pomegranate molasses, chilli etc). I have a home bar with 6 tequilas and most visotors marvel at this tequila. It's smooth and warm without any harsh bite or heat. It's cleanly grassy almost citrus on the nose with a slightly earthy vegetal finish for a real taste of the agave it's made from. Buy it, sip it, enjoy and share it. And then buy another bottle

This is one fine tasty Tequila that is worth every penny ! I have had the great pleasure of visiting the distillery in Mexico and seeing the awesome production process, It is made the old way, no new machines here and most importantly it is made with love, this comes through in the flavor, It is stored in a bat cave that has an amazing Bar and the owner Guillermo Erickson Sauza is a 5th generation tequila producer and one of the most charming / interesting men I have had the pleasure of meeting. Try it you wont be disappointed, and if you can get your hands on a reposado, that is also fantastic !

If you want to try a real tequila. definitely should be enjoyed neat sipping.

Lovely bottle, smooth Tequila. I recommend paying the extra for the Anejo if wanting to drink without mixing

A proper blanco you can sip or mix, this is how tequila should taste. First tried this over ice in a little tequila bar in Crete, has been my goto ever since, just perfect.
