I don’t get many spots, but when I do I hate them. I’m a 45 year old man. I apply this overnight / before going to bed, and without fail, the spot is gone by the morning. I have one in my bathroom cabinet and the other in my wash bag for business trips.

Calmed the area down really well after a couple of days

I've recently had a really bad outbreak on my cheeks with spots which have just kept on repeating.Being an adult these were normally the odd one every few months. This was almost like a new one every morning.Using this has really helped with drying them out and reducing the appearance of the angry red bumps.I've been using this for a few days, and while it does not stop them it really does reduce the impact and bring them under control.I've purchased a couple of tubes now. The pads are also good but that and Tee Tree lotion has been so dying to my skin.This cream seems to be a lot kinder for drying out.I'd possibly like it to be a bit cheaper but saying that it is seems to be lasting a long while. Good application nozzle too to ensure you do not waste loads of it.No dramatic smell or greasy shine left either.Good shelf life so one to keep on the shelf to future outbreaks!

I have been struggling with teenage acne prone skin for a while now, and this is certainly a phenomenal product for that. I have been using it for about a week now, paired up with Clearasil's acne prone exfoliating wash, but I mainly just use that product to open up my pores for better application of the spot cream. As a tip, another method to opening up your pores is to steam your face, for example you can run the hot tap in your sink, put your face over the sink and cover your face and the sink with a tea-towel for 10-20 minutes. After opening my pores, I applied the cream on all my problem areas, around my nose, my forehead and chin. I rubbed it gently in until it was clear, let it dry and went off to do whatever I had to do. I did this in the morning and evening, as it suggested and it has made such a difference!The first night I tried it, I had exfoliated, put the cream on and went to bed, and soon woke 4-5 hours later, at about 3 am. When I checked my face, it was quite a spectacular moment. My skin almost had no redness, and though the spots were still there, they had drastically reduced in size. Also, a rather uncomfortable and painful spot had visibly reduced a load and it didn't hurt from that day on.Despite the rumours I have heard about Clearasil, I did not feel any burning, stinging, or anything much really. I heard from others that Clearasil's products are very harsh, they do the job but you have to put up with pain if you want no spots. I haven't felt anything close to their experiences, and I am thoroughly relieved and happy about it.I am very impressed by this product and may update this review after a couple more weeks to see any improvements.

Fast acting

I got this for 30+ hormonal acne caused by birth control, using in combination with Differin retinol. I apply this cream in the AM and the retinol in the PM. Since starting this regimen, my deep, achy acne has totally cleared up. I also had a breakout of perioral dermatitis not long ago and was worried this might cause a flare up, it’s been a month and so far so good. Everyone’s skin is different and I recommend seeing a dermatologist, PCP, OB-GYN to have bloodwork done and get medical advice. I’ll definitely be keeping up with this cream. Has not stained my clothes or bedsheets like benzoyl peroxide did (and the benzoyl peroxide did absolutely nothing for me). Use just a tiny bead at a time. Absorbs quickly, not too thick not too runny, my makeup applies fine over it.
