Ok!!! I am in nightmare situation with medication approval so was desperate. This arrived yesterday and my hands and feet aren’t itching or swollen!!!!! I was able to do the dishes lol! Highly recommend! And my husband is shocked by the “calmness” of my psoriasis. Wish I could put this on my scalp

This has been a great relief. Haven’t been diagnosed with psoriasis, but get redness, inflammation, itching, scaling in my ear that has turned to cellulitis several times. Had tried several OTC psoriasis and eczema treatments before stumbling onto another brand with salicylic acid.This lotion gives me the same prevention and control as that brand; but has no foul odor and doesn’t separate. It is SUCH A RELIEF! The salicylic acid treats/prevents the scaliness and the lotion keeps the skin soft.It really applies like a lotion - not greasy - and doesn’t have any medicinal smell. Was using coal tar ointments before salicylic acid - those are very greasy and very smelly. My previous salicylic acid cream constantly separated and had a yeasty kind of smell.This stays together, has almost no scent at all - at most it smells clean. I only wish there was a smaller tube for my purse, but I’ve been happy to carry this one around for the relief I get.Since starting with this type of lotion, have significantly decreased my flare ups and have not had any infections. Definitely plan to repurchase THIS brand!

I've struggled with mild psoriasis on my face and elbows, and this cream has been a huge help. It absorbs quickly, isn’t greasy, and doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. I noticed less flaking and redness within a few days of regular use. I love that it doesn’t have any harsh smells or steroids. It’s not a miracle cure, but for everyday relief and keeping flare-ups under control, it really works for me. Definitely worth trying if you want something gentle but effective.

Nice product. It moisturizes the skin so the plaque is not painful any longer, without being greasy or smelly. It also controls the itchiness really well.

I bought this for my father, and he is very happy with it, he said is working like miracle the second time he used it.

This product didn't really have a good affect on clearing things up, but does seem to work well in preventing worsting buildup. Keeps the skin well moisturized and not particularly greasy.I have moderate-severe flair ups and found the Cortisone products work the best for me.

I used this product for a couple of days and noticed almost immediate relief and results for a dry,itchy and scaly patch I have had for several years. I will definitely be purchasing again.
