Great recycled carry on
This suitcase is well designed, I like they net compartment on one side with an extra pocket. It seems very durable and a plus is that it's mostly made of recycled material. The size is perfect for a weekend away and to be carried on. I took off one star because I couldn't figure out how to change the lock code, there's no instructions. I called Hershel and an actual human answered and helped me, so that's a plus!

Pull handle will not extend
I was so excited to have purchased this perfect sized carry on. Unfortunately the pull handle will not extend all the way out! It only extends about 6 inches out. Im only 5’2 and I can’t comfortably pull it so I place my personal item bag on top of it and push/guide it this way. I was unable to return because I was going on the trip shortly after and didn’t realize the problem until I arrived to the airport. If it weren’t for this very significant defect, it would be a 5 star.

Piece of crap and not worth money AT ALL
DO NOT BUY THESE SUIT CASES LITERALLY JUST WENT TO USE MINE FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME AND ZIPPER BROKE! $350 SUITE CASE BREAKS THE VERY FIRST USE. So disappointed.
