great arch support! wonderful sandals and cute too.

Unstable and hard to keep my balance while standing and walking around when wearing ooh laps flip flops. Makes my leg muscles hurt from trying to keep my balance. But, my knees don't hurt as much when I wear them. I don't recommend.
